30-45 minutes ride to Pattaya City. Staff is friendly but not good at service. They don't speak English and you have to hunt them down if you are outside and want a drink or food. Breakfast options do not change day over day. Odd menu options like no draft beer until 3pm.

Overall good property with a small beach area, medium size pool and rooftop bar. Basic breakfast buffet including noodle cart. Sea view room was comfortable and had a balcony.

There is no shuttle bus, at least not in my case and my query was never responded on “booking.com”.

Everything was perfect, Location, bed, WiFi, amenities, and swimming pool. But I liked the most how perfect view and ease of reaching beach, clean beach!! Highly recommended.

Cleanliness of the sea/beach (but that's not really the hotels fault). And they cleaned it daily! The TV starting blaring music by itself when you put in the keycard to play laggy music was also a bit annoying in the long run 😁

The pool, view, breakfast, beach and staff was all great. Also got a free room upgrade on the last day.

The gym has no dumbells at all and is very small. The skybar is quite expensive for what it is. We ordered a mojito that had nothing to do with a mojito.

The room is not sound proof. You can hear the sound of moving furnitures above your head day and night. Especially, if you stay more than 1night so you still stay in the room in the next morning when other rooms already checked out and the maids started to clean the other rooms. You will hear the sound of moving furnitures until they finished thier cleaning process. And you also hear some noise from the corridor. The bathroom is quite old and there's some mold in the corner.

The hotel is in a nice location. There're also good vibes and nice view here. The room decoration is simple. The beds are comfy. Local staffs are quite helpful. The room is big enough for 2 persons but there's no movable small table at the balcony.

I wish the staff - they are super nice, could have been more capable with English communication. I am not saying that they should all speak English, but given the portion of the non-Thai speaking guests in the hotel, it is a real pity that we cannot exchange more with the staff.

Both are excellent! The variety and presentation of the breakfast are excellent. The ocean view was a super plus.

the drain of the shower clogged all the way, flooded the whole bathroom / also there was no side table under the TV or anywhere I can place luggage’s / the car park was limited and no shades. cara need to stand the sunlight all day. / breakfast place is v small.

There are rooftop, but i missed this information.

They upgraded the room for us, the room was clean and beautiful. Parking has mini cart, very comfortable. Private beach and restaurants. Delicious breakfast, Nice View, Reasonable price.
