It would be great to have lifts!

We got a free upgrade to a suite. The place was traditional and yet majestic. And it was very near to the beach. Facilities wise, it’s near to the water park.

The gym was pretty outdated. Some of the instruments were not working. The breakfast buffet were underwhelming--at least for a five star property. Also the one bedroom villa should have had more tissue boxes. It had only one!

We booked the one bedroom villa and it was excellent. It gave us premium feelings. The resort is also very well-maintained and the colonial architecture obviously enhanced the charm. The pool was excellent too. Overall, a beautiful resort to spend some days on with your loved ones!

LOOKED AT SEVERAL 5 STAR HOTELS IN THE AREA. PARTICUALLY LIKED THE POOL AND BEACH. DINNER BY THE POOL WAS EXCELLENT. THE FIRE FIGHTER ENTERTAINMENT A BONUS.

The beach at Hua Hin is very nice and clean . We walked about 5 miles barefeet on the beach. It was so wonderful.

The only fault I can find is the air con in the gym didn't work well, but thats all - everything else was just perfect.

Breakfast was great and plentiful, with lots of choices each day. The hotel was directly on the beach and location was perfect for what we wanted. We loved every second of our stay at Wora Bura.

Wifi doesn’t work at all. Staff didn’t tell us about all hotel has to offer. Gym is not up to speed and bicycles needs to be better oiled. Shower cubicle is too small.

A bit the rush during breakfast. I have to admit that we come from a stylish 5-star and here this is 4-star also fine but then goves a feeling of disorder. Maybe too crowded at the same time? But breakfast was fine. We had the unluck that sitting inside was way to warm at that moment Later on the rooms will need to be maintained to keep them at high standards

All Style is not modern modern cosy, but that is the feeling of resort. colonial, natural, decorated, colourfull. Relaxed atmosphere. A swimming pool between trees,flowers, grass ... With in the end the view on the sea. I think that all details are well thought. Very satisfied stay

EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTILL WE CAME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL AT 6AM IN THE MORNING WHEN WE WHER INFORMED THAT OUR ROOM HAD BEEN CHECKED AND WE WOULD BE CHARGED FOR SLIPPERS FLIT-FLOPS AND A BEACH BAG WHICH WE HAD BEEN TOLD ON ARRIVAL THAT THE BAG WAS A GIFT TO TAKE BACK TO ENGLAND. iT'S NOT THAT I NEEDED THE BAG IT WAS JUST THE WAY IT WAS DONE AS IF WE WHERE STEALING ..IT.. PUT A REALLY SOUR TASTE ON WHAT HAD BEEN A LOVELY STAY. ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS A NOTE IN THE ROOM TO STAY THAT TESE THINGS WOULD BE CHARGED NOT TOLD THEY WHERE A GIFT TO TAKE HOME . AND THEN TOLD THEY WHERE NOT..... SUCH A SHAME THEY NEED TO SORT IT OUT...

THE SITUATION RIGHT NEXT TO THE BEACH WHERE THE TIDE CAME IN AND OUT RIGHT UP TO THE STEPS OF THE HOTEL WAS A REAL PLUS ESPECIALLY FOR EARLY MORNING SWIMMING BEFORE BREAKFAST..THE WHOLE HOTEL HAD A LOVELY CALMING EFFECT ON ALL THE PEOPLE STAYING THERE..

This is not really a five star resort. The gym has old equipment, some of which was broken. When asked about repairs, I was told vaguely that it would be fixed at some point which is not very helpful when there for a short stay. Towels always seemed to run out at the pool and new ones had to often be requested, suggesting the resort is understaffed. Breakfast selection is adequate but not outstanding. While there were some excellent staff, other staff could have been friendlier (judged by the very high standards at 5 star resorts/hotels in Hua Hin and Thailand generally). The airconditioning in the room could not be adjusted so had simply be turned it off when it got too cold. But given the lovely setting and the reasonable price, it is still a recommendable four star-style resort.

This is a very good resort at the end of the long Hua Hin beach within walking distance of the big Buddha. It has a lovely, large garden and is built in a tasteful, traditional Thai style, with the lobby particularly attractive. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a large pool with sufficient seating although the resort was nearly full when we were there. The beach restaurant has a limited menu but is excellent. It is also good value, being less expensive than many other resorts in Hua Hin.

Billed as five star but soap and skincare items were poor quality. Lots of small broken things all around the property. Missing tiles in the pool and lagoons in the garden that were not working. Pool bar and beach side bar both closed for the entire stay. Steam room not functional in spa. Dirt in the corners of the room by the door. Pealing wall paper pieces. Bicycles for guest use in poor condition.

Great friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Nice gardens and pool. Good massages. Breakfast and dinner both good. Cold AC in the room.

I like this type of hotel, more traditional than modern, probably more 4 star than 5 but i would still stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice gardens and pool area which always had a lounge free and right on the very clean beach. Nice big room and comfy beds with a bath. At the end of the street so no crazy traffic and two great weekend markets close by.
