Needs renovated and cleaned daily.

Good for Donkey slamming broads in, I wouldn't stay any longer than that. Sheets had juices and blood stains they weren't changed. Everything in the place was pretty much broken, in need of repair, or rigged. Good for price and location, thats about it. It was safe to leave my stuff there though in will say.

The room (302) was quite noisy with people talking and moving around most of the night. Lots of small coakraches were seen running around the room, the shower was partially clogged and the mattress very hard, well too hard for me.

Poor, and dangerous stairs. Steps are not level. They are at a slight angle. Also at 5.30am on first morning the smoke alarm started beeping loudly every 15 seconds. Woke me up and Really annoying. I informed the lady who was actually sleeping behind reception desk. She accompanied me to the room and stood on the bed but was too small to reach the smoke detector so i stood on the bed and finally managed to unscrew the plastic cover and take out the battery. I got no explanation.

Great location. Great mattress again.

Beds were as hard as rocks and the room was tired. Felt a bit sketchy.

They had no record of my booking.com reservation. Luckily i had proof and emails that i had booked and paid. Also the stairs were a nightmare. Most steps were not level or flat, they were at a slight angle. Not good at all.

Pictures are pretty photoshopped. Or just seem too good. Taxis don't find the place, it is deep in the alley, be persuasive as the address on confirmation sheet is correct. Pretty small shower-toilet. There are soap and towels. Everything actually worked. Semi-clean. Cockroaches everywhere. I hope they did not get into my luggage :) No safe in the room and in the lobby they do not seem trustworthy. Even the owner (or the boss in reception) said that in the room it's safer. Have to say we did feel pretty safe the whole time there.

It is cheap Bangkok, don't put your hopes high. If you want luxury, don't take this smelly lady-boy alley :) I don't know why this place is even in Booking.com :) Stuff is very Thai, first the guy did not speak any English, after repeating myself he gained the knowledge. He was actually very good. But first thing he said was "No rooms." Showed my booking confirmation, he found 3 rooms in his hotel, 3 in the neighbor hotel across the alley :) Have to say we got an agreement with early check-in :) it was 9AM and very good compromise for us. To travellers, if you want real Bangkok experience, this is it! To the owner, keep it this way, it is or will be classic (maybe something could be done with the insect problem, but they don't bite :))

staff ,cleaning, and some time I felt I'm not safe. I paid for 3nights for booking online and paid for 11(eleven) nights in advance after finishing the three nights and I asked them I like to leave before the check out date because I felt I'm not safe and asked them to pay me my money back but they did not agree.

There's a lot of things I didn't like about this hotel: 1. It may be used as a short time hotel room, and the place is "guest friendly". 2. They were booked at the hotel I stayed at, and they gave me a room at the White Orchard Inn I - same type of room I think. 3. The room was very old and needed a new paint job. There was dark splotches on the ceiling. The bedding had holes in it, like cigarette dust (BUT the room DID NOT smell like old cigarettes). 4. There's no bidet in the bathroom, and no toilet paper. Some toilet paper is kept in the main room though.

It was cheap and walking distance to the US Embassy. It's also a 10 minute walk from Nana BTS. It's close to 7/11, and I think it's guest friendly too. It's also close to Nana Entertainment Plaza too - if you want that. There's also free water (two bottles a day). The shower was hot, and the air conditioning was cold enough. The air conditioning DID NOT smell either.
