Time for the hotel to upgrade its room TV - the TV's are not "Smart" with limited access to additional apps!

Located on a quiet road.. however it is very near to the Pattaya beach and shopping mall (central marina). Have basement carpark. The room is cozy with plush pillows..

- Manager and Staff can't speack and understand english that good as you would be expecting, need english lessions.

+ Pool with Temperature + Near Beach & 7/11 + Breackfast was ok, but the free Lounge every day 1-4 pm is nice

Not a Muslim friendly hotel.

Of course the location. the clean & comfort room facing the beautiful pool, the great friendly staff especially staff named Bank. Great hotel service. We really love the hotel very much. Recommended.

Some housekeeper seemed not happy to serve when I ask for some amenity.

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Room is nice size, comfy bed. Superb breakfast and afternoon tea.

The staff I felt cared a little about hospitality. Especially being from India and having seen the hospitality here, I felt it was a bit cold there. But I do feel that it more likely due to the language barrier. However, when we were leaving, the staff helping with luggage was much more warm and genuine. Usually, you face them asking for money even if they haven't done much but we did not face anything like that. They charge some 2000 THB as a security deposit in the beginning but they returned them as whole without any arguments on the last day. There is no entry for a vehicle near the entry gate so many luggage bags can be an issue but if you ask for help, they will surely send someone to bring it inside (so not much of problem).

The location of Hotel is perfect. Not too direct towards beach but not too far either. This ensures not too many people around and yet in proximity to the beach that whenever we wish, we can just grab our stuff and walk (~300 metres). I loved the cleanliness and facilities within the room. Wifi was freely accessible and at a very good speed. They did clean the room every morning.

Located close to the beach and within walking distance to shopping malls and other entertainment spots. A quiet street which is good for family. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to some error and we are very grateful for their service and hospitality. Breakfast is delicious with international cuisines Thank you very much for making this a happy holiday.
