United Kingdomno negatives about the property, set really well back from the main road, no traffic noise. for info. though you have to cross the busy main road to get down to the beach which takes 10 mins.
clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location- next to villa market ( don’t confuse with market villa the shopping complex down the road!). great supermarket, small cafe , on other side of the hotel couple minute walk to a 7/11 and Tops supermarket. pool good for cooling off. we were using hotel as a base to visit family in the area, stayed in both a superior room - which we would rate as ‘adequate ‘ . also stayed in deluxe double room which was fantastic and amazing value for money . we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on it .

Germanythe main street at the hotel unfortunately doesn't offer that many options for dining or shopping.
Large, clean room, large balcony, the bathroom was well equipped, hanging options on the balcony and in the bathroom and a great pool. 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Always friendly, kompetent and helpful. excellent cleaning of the room, kompetent and friendly reception-staff, and even the nightguard is great. :-) The room was really modern, very clean and everything worked perfectly from tv over keycard to shower. Absolutely everything you possibly need is in walking distance. For some people the way to the beach might be a little „far“ (about 5-10 minute walk, but for us more than ok as we don’t mind walking a little bit during holiday. Nice little pool for swimming and relaxing. We loved the place, so we even extended our stay. In our opinion a full recommendation in this price/star-category.

NetherlandsWe booked the DeLuxe double room, one of the largest rooms of the hotel, which was very pleasant because we spent more time in the room than usual because of the hot weather. Most of the personnel was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is on the main road, but has a very long driveway so there is not much annoying street sound. The reception, breakfast area and corridors are not airconditioned, which with the heath of our days was a bit uncomfortable. The swimming pool is small and couldn’t compete with the heath of the past weeks, so a dive was not really cooling and refreshing at times. The hotel looks in good condition in general and housekeeping is in order. And then it is a pity that some things aren’t what they should be. The water pressure reacts in bursts so it takes too long to settle the correct temperature. The switch between the hand shower and the rain shower often didn’t stay in place and the hand shower was constantly sliding down the rail. The shower door didn’t close properly; in my opinion it is just a matter of fine-tuning the hinges. The room temperature was also difficult to set correctly; probably because the temperature reader is in a wrong spot. Quite some items of the breakfast china have one or more chips, giving you the impression that the hotel doesn’t really care for you. Choice of breakfast is very limited (6 options) so it gets boring after two days. One of the chairs on our balcony was starting to fall apart. Housekeeping probably doesn’t check the balcony. It is all not mortal, it is just a matter of paying more attention to the hardware and the breakfast. Guests will feel happier and not neglected when some minor issues will be addressed.

We liked the room. It was very spacious and clean. The location was good: close to the center and the beach. The receptionists were very friendly. We didn’t like the breakfast. You only had a few options like toast with egg and bacon or muesli with yoghurt. Very basic and no buffet. I’m vegetarian and they didn’t want to replace the meat from the egg with something else so I had to order toast with egg and bacon and than throw the bacon away which is a bit ridiculous but ok. They also don’t offer a breakfast box when you check out very early.
