There was a leak under the sink and wasn´t cleaned in 2 days so I had water in the middle of the bathroom. Some of the staff were not really helpul and lacked initiative, were not bothered really. I arrived early and I knew I couldn´t get to the room but they wouldn't offer me to leave my luggage for exemple (I had to ask and then take my things to the kitchen area), I could use the swimming area (which was nice) but didn´t show me where or give me a towel (had to ask again)... When I came back for the check-in time my room was still being cleaned...

I loved the swimming pool and the location (central but quiet). The room was really big, comfy and clean !

Pillows and mattress were quite firm but that s personal preference.

The courtyard is beautiful and lush. It was very quiet and patrons respectful. It was in an excellent location for walking along canal and exploring. The pool is a wonderful addition to the stay and we spent lots of our time there and really enjoyed ourselves. Staff were responsive to our needs.

Location was perfect, you can Walk to Khao San Road in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and it was possible to leave the luggage and go to the pool after checkout.

Quite loud as you share a wall with other rooms but the other neighbours were respectful and quiet but I guess could be an issue if there were loud neighbours!

The airconditioning was really loud and not well maintained. Due to a leakage we had to move rooms in the middle of the night, but staff was very helpful about it.

Very nice hotel on great location and with lovely swimming pool. We had twice the pancakes for breakfast which were really nice. The garden is very quiet which is nice after a busy day in Bangkok.

Everything is perfect. Nothing I can complain.

This is our family trip for 6 days in Bangkok, Thailand. We chose this hotel as our 1st hotel to stay for 2 nights. It didn't let us down. We were surprised of its cozy environment and perfect room-size. Besides, the swimming pool, the antique decorations, the palm trees etc all let us feel really comfortable and relaxing. Outside the hotel, there are many streel venders and 7-11 so we can get sth to eat or drink anytime. The location is also perfect that it is closer to Khao San Road. Overall, we had a great time there.

Pretty good location, and having a pool was a must as it is 30 degrees days and night Loved the air conditioning in the room too..The staff was super friendly and there was food in the restaurant if you were hungry. Would stay again without hesitation.

It's really a perfect stay in Bangkok. Out of the hassle of Khao san (5min) away. Near a canal. Really super friendly staff. Price quality unbeatable. It really looks like the pics. Oh yes, the pool is supa. :)

awesome place. very quiet, greate design, nice green square with a pool, friendly staff, everything was neat and clean. also, great location: walking distance from Khaosan road, but very quiet place. there's a 7/11 just next to hotel. this place really differs from all 'a hotel'-s from all around the Bangkok. this one is my favourite now.

Noisy air conditioning

Good hotel and we would stop again. Safe, clean and staff were so nice and helpful. The pool area is really nice with a relaxing vibe. Food and drinks are good quality but a little expensive compared to the local area. Location was excellent, quiet street but very close to the busy area. We went to the rajadamnerm stadium to watch muay thai boxing, it was amazing, highly recommend the experience. Our only problem was the air conditioning in our hotel room, it was very noisy and disturbed our sleep unfortunately. The air conditioning needs servicing or replacing. Overall very good hotel.

The road sounds are not too bad, but it can become a bit noisy with construction going on if you have a room facing the road.

This place is absolutely great in the midst of Bangkok. The pool area is very relaxing and you just forget that you are in the middle of Bangkok when you go there to relax. The food is great (although a bit more expensive when compared to other places). The room is good enough and might be better if you pay a bit extra for a pool view room.

The room was according to the description. Quiet without noise from the street (when gardenview). When the neighbours are taking a shower, this can be heard quite clearly in your room. Prices for breakfast/lunch are more expensive then ‘thai’ standards, more according to western standards.

Clean and quiet enviroment. Daily cleaning of the room. Great staff, very helpful. Friendly. Daily free water in the minibar.

Only issue was first night the aircon didn’t work. But the fixed it immediately next morning.

Location was great, 8 min walk to Koh San Road. Coffee was good. We had a great room with loads of space. Friendly helpful staff.

Gorgeous little hotel with lovely pool near to the bustling Khao San Road & Ram Buttri areas. Street Food right outside the door. Balcony’s on the back overlooked the canal where kids can spot fish & monitor lizards! Clean & comfortable rooms & friendly staff. Pool area is clean, plenty of sun beds & pool is small but lovely. Washing & Drying facilities and lockers for storing luggage too! Would recommend for a simple, fuss free stay.

Courtyard an pool are a lovely sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff were lovely and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect home base to explore the city.
