The room is too old , bath room too small and old, swimming pool too dirty, alot mosquito there too.

The villa is right opposite the beach beside the 7-11 convenient store.easy to find.

Booking.com should not have accommodation on its sight that does not have neither a Wardrobe or Chair. In 30 years travelling experience I have never encountered a hotel without these 2 basics. We travelled to Pattaya prior to leaving Thailand from Bangkok. We had 3 suitcases with one for the 4 nights in Pattaya. This was to unpack and hang clothes. This we could not do as no wardrobe. I could not use my iPad pro on the table because there was no chair. We sat on the bed throughout our stay. ON questioning the staff we had a reply ' that room does not have a wardrobe or chair' Shocking service!

Everything. It looked soo good in the pictures on booking.com. The pictures gave a 100% false impression. Way too expensive for the crappy conditions. Bathroom full of ants. The bathroom floor flooded every time I flushed the toilet, noisy parties with yells and screams until morning..and more. And more.

Everything , nothing like the photo in the ad stuck in a room well away from the pool at the back of a compound. Shower hardly worked even, after asking for it to be fixed twice. Asked for an upgrade near the pool not offered even though many chalets were empty.

Rooms are very dirty and dated. Insect infestation in all rooms it seems. Was moved rooms twice. Aircon failed for 3 days and I checked out early. The photos are very misleading. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The cleaning staff stole my hair cream when i complained they turned it back , also they stole my new A5 galaxy phone it was brand new in the pack i noticed it lost when i checked out and im not going there again

Looks nothing like the picture, in poor condition, broken, dirty bed wall and bathroom. Room has just 1 small window but it sounds like you sleep on the street. Not worth anything.

There are some cleanliness issues with the pool and surrounding areas. The property itself shows signs of age. The staff who showed us to the house could have been more welcoming and offered to inventory the contents of the house themselves, rather than asking us to do so. Additionally, we had to request cleaning services for the areas around the house.

The front desk staff member who identifies as gay is pleasant, courteous, and professional.

I completely don't understand negative reviews, because of them I wasn't expecting anything good, but in reality it's an amazing place! Clean room with soft comfortable bed, private pools, the free ride from room / to the gates, solid 9 from me! Also the location is great, very close to the beach, to seven or some street food shops.

Moody staff Not two bedrooms, but two rooms Old and worn out everything Weak shower No seaview, not even "partial" Pigeon poo everywhere Must have been a nice hotel once, maybe 20 years ago Now very dilapidated and badly renovated. The hotel is for sale so its just been allowed to be rundown.

The room was not at the specified location, but directly on the 6-lane main street Jomtien Second Rd, we could hardly sleep because of all the noise. We actually expect the room at the reception location and not 10 minutes further away on an extremely busy main road, Jomtien Second Rd

In booking it was with balcony but the balcony is closed and view to 4 way street. I not go swimming because there is underpants in the pool. When I checked out they requested I pay for mini bar due to 4 beers are missing but they never put in fridge. I lost 30 minutes for explaining that there is no bottles in trash...

Most of everything else 1 cold water in shower 2. Inacessible wardrobe. 3. Only Thai language channels on tv. (Which meant i have to sit through hours of Vin diesel grunting in lipsynch Thai. 4 no room safe.
