United Arab EmiratesThere are certain areas including restaurant areas that certainly need renovation but this is all going ahead over the next 3 months , we can’t wait to visit again and see the transformations.
The staff at the hotel are so accommodating and really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. In particular Mint and Alex went above and beyond. The location of the hotel is so convenient far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the local town which is also great to dip in and out of , fabulous local Thai restaurant and good clean massage establishments in short walking distance. Big shout out to Kato Kate’s the best Thai food we have ever had and so inexpensive.

CanadaOnly issue we had was our pool room had no sun on it and there were no lounge chairs outside aside from loungers on the ground. Lots of kids at the pool which made it therefore hard to relax as couldn't spend as much time at our room

United Arab EmiratesIt missed the wow factor of other 5* hotels in particular to the other Anantara on koh samui. The rooms are clean and comfortable however the beds are really soft and rooms are not 100% blackout.
The property is lovely, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Accommodating for families. The breakfast buffet is huge with so much variety and the BBQ buffet evenings are worth attending. The fitness classes are a really good addition and run by really friendly staff

United StatesI would skip SEEN Beach Club. Given the high level of service at Lawana, the service and attentiveness here fell woefully short.
An absolute phenomenal stay - I was living out my White Lotus fantasies. Highlights include the warm and personable service, excellent breakfast, private beach, out of this world spa, spacious and beautiful accommodation and amazing food (try to get a Tree Tops reservation if you can!). My biggest regret was leaving!
