The room was small for the price point

The room was well appointed and the property was well maintained and had fabulous staff. The tree top restaurant had exceptional staff and first class views.

It was a little bit distant for the main chaweng road, but it was quiet and peaceful.

Very high standards hotel. The staff is welcoming and kind. Breakfast is good and very diverse.

There are certain areas including restaurant areas that certainly need renovation but this is all going ahead over the next 3 months , we can’t wait to visit again and see the transformations.

The staff at the hotel are so accommodating and really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. In particular Mint and Alex went above and beyond. The location of the hotel is so convenient far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the local town which is also great to dip in and out of , fabulous local Thai restaurant and good clean massage establishments in short walking distance. Big shout out to Kato Kate’s the best Thai food we have ever had and so inexpensive.

Only issue we had was our pool room had no sun on it and there were no lounge chairs outside aside from loungers on the ground. Lots of kids at the pool which made it therefore hard to relax as couldn't spend as much time at our room

It missed the wow factor of other 5* hotels in particular to the other Anantara on koh samui. The rooms are clean and comfortable however the beds are really soft and rooms are not 100% blackout.

The property is lovely, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Accommodating for families. The breakfast buffet is huge with so much variety and the BBQ buffet evenings are worth attending. The fitness classes are a really good addition and run by really friendly staff

It’s a large resort so we had a pretty long walk to the beach and breakfast each time

Main breakfast restaurant has no air condition so mosquitoes may be a bother but understand they are renovating to install this later this year. Mattress a bit soft.

Beautiful quiet resort with friendly staff and excellent service. Free paddle boat as activity, a couple of Thai restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast service

I would skip SEEN Beach Club. Given the high level of service at Lawana, the service and attentiveness here fell woefully short.

An absolute phenomenal stay - I was living out my White Lotus fantasies. Highlights include the warm and personable service, excellent breakfast, private beach, out of this world spa, spacious and beautiful accommodation and amazing food (try to get a Tree Tops reservation if you can!). My biggest regret was leaving!

The breakfast hall is located outside it is too hot to eat in April on this time of the day,also there were also many people at breakfast so it took the staff long time to bring the orders

Quite a lot is steps to and from breakfast Power tripping during the night multiple times and when it came on the lights also did, waking us up
