Everything. The location oceanfront was stunning. The food was amazing consistently breakfast, lunch and dinner. What really made it exceptional though was the staff. All extremely patient, friendly and kind. Unfortunately there was a group staying at the same time as us who were consistently demanding, rude and void of any common decency. They spoke terrible to the staff and not once said please or thank you. The staff smiled and continued on serving them with grace and immense patience whilst being so professional. I applaud them. We have just rebooked to return next year.

Bathroom smelt a bit damp from being closed up. Could benefit from an extractor fan. Only one hanging rail for clothing, some shelves would be great. Sun loungers at the pool area were a bit shabby. Gardens could do with a bit more upkeep.

Views for days. Our sea view room was very comfortable and had a fantastic view. Very comfortable room, very clean. Lovely pool area with a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with a view you can’t beat.

A bit tricky to get into main area of Ko Tao but not really an issue as hotel taxi service was great.

We had a bad experience checking in at an Air BnB villa where we had to check out straight away and then i found this resort and it accepted my small dog The staff were great, the room was perfect and i had the best sleep in weeks Its just 5 minutes from everything you need an amazing spot and views just to chill

The location is amazing, its looks like in the middle of a jungle. I don’t drive a motorbike but you can book taxis with them very cheap. The pool is amazing too. Yes to everything

The resort is pretty isolated, you have to climb some hills to get there. So if you want to explore the island a little bit you need for sure to rent a bike. The reception is very helpful and can do this for you. Otherwise, they can also call a cab and you pay around 150-200 bath for a trip/ person. The rooms are very nice, but take into consideration that you are surrounded by island vegetation so a lot of mosquitoes are present during night. The room is not so big and the bathroom smells a little bit because there is no ventilation there.

The resort is very nice, the restaurant has delicious food and the staff is friendly and polite. We had a seaview room and the balcony was big and lovely. Breakfast is very good and you have a variety of food cause is not the same every day. The pool is excellent for the hot weather in Thailand. Very charming resort overall.

Nothing we didn't like. Would be lovely if the walking path to Chalok Bay was repaired and safely passable. It is a quick 5 minute walk from the restaurant/beach into the town, but the path crosses a number of properties and the once useable pathway has become dangerous to use. Would greatly improve the quality of the guest experience and location if the community could work together to solve the walking access to the village.

The pool villas are wonderful. A tropical oasis. The breakfast and restaurant had great food and the staff were friendly and attentive. The property is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Well situated for diving with companies out of Chalok Bay. Car available for transportation around the island as needed, which made going out and getting back a breeze. We would highly recommend and would return.

We were in a garden view cottage which is very nice but the bathroom is connected to the room via an outside space so gets very hot as no AC. Nice terrace but mozzies an issue so not used. I think the sea view accommodation is better and probably worth the extra

Lovely location about a 10min walk to Charlok Bay if you go via the beach path. Food, service are excellent. Breakfast looking out to sea was wonderful

Location is very hilly all around so you have to get a moped or a cab, there is no way you’re walking to get to places. Also forgot to say to reception but B1 electrics kept cutting out every few hours, but they came back on after 5 minutes which i didn’t mind.

This resort was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, the views were incredible, restaurant was great and the bbq night they had i would highly recommend. They offer kayaks, snorkels from their private beach which is only a short kayak journey from shark bay. Rooms also exceeded expectations.

The only issue we had here is that I got injured to a shoulder during a Thai massage at the facility. So just be aware of that!

Everything was fantastic about our stay here, one of the best places we stayed at during our trip. Great staff and an absolutely incredible location for good value!
