This lovely, little hotel is very well located just a block off the main street where the Sunday night market is, but enough away that it is very quiet. Its location is very convenient to lots of shops and restaurants and bars. There is also a laundry service just around the corner, which is very inexpensive and laundry is done in a day. The room was quite large with an extra seating area, and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, which we used every afternoon to cool off in! The hotel had added a continental breakfast to its amenities, which was nice to have.

I found the pillows a bit uncomfortable for me but my husband was ok with it.

The location pretty convenient in the old city of Chiang Mai, local markets and good restaurants around there.

The lighting of the room was a bit too bright, even the bed light (at night I prefer something more dim, more low light)

There was work or cleaning going on the next day in the room next to us which caused a lot of noise / banging which wasn’t ideal. Walls very thin, you can hear everything.

The sheets were probably clean but stained. The breakfast is only bread and yogurt. Bring wash rags. It was a pricey.

Lovely clean and fresh accommodation, noise free other than hearing beds of neighbours lol Location right by the north gate, so everything close by walking distance or grab a 30 baht taxi, to.anywhere. amazing Cow soi around the corner at panda pot, all home grown, would highly recommend.

Everything was excellent.

We stayed in many cities on our holiday and this was our favourite hotel! The room is big and clean and it’s very quiet even at night. We really enjoyed using the pool as well, which was very clean and refreshing. The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Chiang Mai!!

Breakfast choice was absolute minimal. A great layout surrounding a lovely pool, but some showing of age could be easily rectified to make it next level.

Centrally located within the old city close to main attractions including shopping street, Thapae Gate, temples and the many food, massage, tour guides.

Really great value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing luxurious but i you are in Chiang Mai to explore this is a perfect hotel, because the beds are good and pool is lovely to cool down after a day of exploring. The breakfast is simple, but not far from the hotel (200m) is an amazing breakfast cafe Stories. Shopping street is only 100 meters away. The taxi can take you to all other parts of town. The hotel helped us with booking trips and such. The hotel is on a very quite road. I highly recommend this hotel! We stayed here with our whole family of 8 people.

Would have liked a safety deposit box in room but reception had a safe where we could keep valuables

Excellent location close to night markets. Simple free breakfast of cereal, toast and jam, tea and coffee was a bonus. Good quiet aircon and good size clean room
