Breakfast variety could be improved.

Location. It’s close to where you want to go - convenient stores, Robinson’s mall, night market, Chantaboon Waterfront community and more. Im happy with the service and facilities. Great view of the river too!

mould smell in the corridor, chairs on the balcony very!!! uncomfortable. when you leave the room and take the key card with you, even the fridge ist being switched off.

a night market, the robinson center and other markets close to the hotel. dead end street -> easy parking. very friendly staff, very pleasant! rooms with view over the chanthaburi river.

Great location right next to the river. The rooms overlooking the river are great. The garden was very peaceful and quiet and a nice way to start the day at breakfast. The staff arranged transport to Pattaya for me which helped a lot. Short walk to Robinsons and all the markets. Good seafood restaurant next door and a little coffee place with 3 cute girls down the road a bit

Limited English spoken, no problem for me as speak Thai but some people may find it a challenge if they need help.

Nice view of river and near to Robinson and Night Market (5 min walk). Lovely spacious room. Breakfast excellent and staff very friendly.

Breakfast surpassed expectations. Nice balcony, good view over the river, comfortable room with plenty of space. Very nice, attentive staff. having found no better alternative nearby, we opted to have dinner at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the quality, and price, of the food.

Staff was not really friendly, nobody asked to help with languages, they just told us where was the lift and which floor we had to go, no assistance at all. Breakfast was quite poor, no much variety and cheap food, no fruits at all. Amenities in the room very basic in line with a 2-3 stars hotel, but our room was 2,900 B so not as cheap as a 2-3 stars place, we expected a bit more for that price. Toilet cove was broken, towel hanger in a room for 4-5 people could only accommodate 2 towels, toilet paper was getting wet as is located near the toilet shower and few other details that could make a significant difference including the small tv screen compared to the room size

Location is convenient, easy to move around from there. Room size for the family room is good, large enough. Decorations is ok and facilities were originally build well, some love and care was put in at the start.

booked a room with river view but got a room with a building site looking at you. staff were very unhelpful telling me hotel was full but it was clearly half empty. I would advise any one not to stay here!!!
