Because of the location that was close to the main road and the beach, it was a bit noisy.

It's all starts with the desire to provide good service. Ettiene was very helpful, attentive to every request, and in every hour. The apartment was super clean, full of all the necessary equipment, and suitable for us as a family of five. The complimentary snacks and beverages were a delightful surprise. The location was very comfortable.

I can't fault anything in particular.

This place was such a nice place to stay. We had a lovely welcome basket of fresh fruits, snacks and cold drinks our arrival. The location of the apartment was fantastic. The residence pool was just outside our patio door and beach literally across the road. And were also able to use the hotel swimming pool and facilities. The apartment was clean, spacious and it was nicely furnished, a comfortable base from which to explore the local area. Lots of nearby restaurants, shops and bars really made this a great place to stay. A bit less busy than the Patong area, but this suited our family holiday. Ettiene's communication from before we arrived to when we left was brilliant. He was happy to answer all our questions and organise our transfer to the airport. The provided information link he sent was useful with good tips and ideas. He also checked in with us to make sure all was fine during our stay.

The apartment is spacial , direct to the pool of the residence , you just across the road and the beach is there . Many restaurants in walking distance. you have everything available to use , very convenient. Ettiene is very responsive et nice to check if everything goes well. We had a small problem during the stays , he resolved it immediately. A nice place to stay !

An excellent stay experience! The apartment's location is just perfect, right by Karon Beach, offering breathtaking views of the beach from both the living room and the patio. There are numerous restaurants and small shops nearby, making it incredibly convenient. Our landlord, Ettiene, was exceptionally accommodating. Prior to check-in, Ettiene provided comprehensive information about the apartment, the surrounding area, and even recommended car vendors. I had requested Ettiene in advance to prepare extra towels, and we had an abundance of towels. The rooms in the apartment are impeccably maintained, with a sense of newness and cleanliness and tasteful decorations adding to the charm. PS: Although nearby restaurants lacked air conditioning, we opted to get take-away and enjoy it in the apartment, which was perfect and cozy. The dining room table was long and spacious, providing an ideal setting for family meals under the super cool air-con.

Beautiful beach front villa with amazing views . Villa was spotless. Our host Ettiene was always available via whats app and arranged our transfer to the villa taking the stress out of that for us . Nice little personalise Christmas cake and a bottle of champagne to celebrate Xmas day which was a nice touch . Would highly recommend this villa

Not a negative but hard to find in a taxi or trips. I would suggest putting Mint bar or the Ramada as these are next door

Amazing location and the two bed apartment was amazing. Had everything you needed. We were on the ground floor and could access the pool from the patio and you were also overlooking the beach/sea. I can not fault this apartment. Etienne was amazing and we came to a happy new year cake and bottle of bubbly. Little touches and the contact from him to make sure all ok were perfect.

Look no further, you MUST stay here. The location, the apartment and most important the host ( Ettiene ) are superb. Ettiene is the icing on the cake. There is nothing he won't do to make your holiday more special. The apartment is immaculate and right across form the beach. Any question just message Ettiene and he responds with a wealth of knowledge. Real genuine person !

Location incredible, stunning beachfront property and Etienne the owner was amazing , so helpful with any information needed.It was also my son's birthday while there and his bed was decorated with balloons that read 19 and a bottle of champagne was left in fridge , such a lovely thought.

Sometimes it was hard to arrange pick ups for trips but we just told them we were at the ramada which is next door.

The apartment is amazing, well kitted out. Central to Karon Beach near some lovely restaurants and bars. The pool is amazing and quite. Etienne is an amazing host nothing is too much trouble and she ensures you are well looked after.

This was our second location on our trip to Thailand, we thought the first was great but it was outshone by Karon Sea View. Loved the facilities, had everything we needed. We preferred to cook breakfasts every morning and it has all we needed. Location right on the beach with perfect sunsets was just amazing, close to shopping, transport, food etc. The service and communication provided by Ettiene was outstanding, offering dinner options and activities. We took the advice and we were so glad we did as the recommendations were fantastic. We celebrated an event while on holidays and were gifted a nice bottle of wine and fruit as congratulations as well as late checkout. We will definitely be back in the near future and I will recommend to family and friends to stay here.

Words can’t express enough how wonderful the overall experience we had at this property. The owner was super kind and helpful to every details. My parents loves the villas. The kids felt like home. If i could change anything, it would be the 5th bed, my son was not really comfortable, but this is an issue we have everywhere we stay. He is 6ft, and 5th beds are always a pull out option. it is ideal for smaller children. TWe did have an issue on checking out. Our key card deactivated at 11am, even though we had late check out. We went to lunch, came back to get our cases and were locked out, after contacting Ettiene, staff came to let us in. Not a problem but we were later leaving for the airport than we planned. Nothing that would put us off returning

The accommodation was beautiful, a real wow factor as we walked through the door. Ettiene was so helpful, checking we had everything we needed, and when we were locked out of the safe, he had a team member there to help. He recommended restuarants, taxi companies and tour operators, we couldn't have asked for a more attentive host. I can not rate this experience highly enough, we were really sad to leave.

Having to leave!... Can honestly say nothing comes to mind .

Loved the location over seeing Karon Beach and easy walk to restaurants,eateries and shopping. Pivate pool right at our door step and large out door area for nights you want to stay in. Host was amazing, exceeded our expectations with his help and assistance. Made whole process of not using an agent so easy, having never booked accomodation like this previously.

Perfectly located in Karon Beach with beach views from the apartment and patio, as well as the infinity pool. The owners were very attentive and helpful from the initial booking and enquiries through to ensuring we made it to the right place after a late night flight. Short walk to dozens of restaurants and street food vendors as well as the temple and night market. We loved our stay here and were sad to leave.

Perfect central location to see Phuket! The apartment is very nice and very well decorated. The air con was excellent!
