We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesCleanliness - It was not dirty but the trash bin in the common shower room is full (and sometimes overflow). There is also no trash on our floor which is why other guests used the bathroom bin to throw away their garbage.
Location - It is situated in a busy area with a lot of establishments around. There is a 711 across the street, the market is just a couple of minutes away, BTS train station is also reachable on foot. Facilities - Washer/dryer units greet you when you arrive and are available for guest use. The common area overlooks the street. Shower - Water pressure is consistently great and shower rooms are spacious.

MalaysiaI got bite with the bugs lots and it’s make my body feel itchy and have the red spot because the bug bite my skin *drink the blood. Even they come clean everyday but they still have the bug bed & also come up from the the wall. I hang my shirt, bag & othr stuff., there have bug come to it & it’s make my body feel itchy 🥺😭.
I love the bathroom & shower it’s bigger. Near to bts Ratchathewi & Praya Thai around 5-6 min walk. Near Soi 7 & have lots of food.

I arrived early in the morning and they said I can chill in the communal area until the check in time. Communal area was spacious with a basic kitchen tools. Free coffee and some snacks. Clean hostel and friendly staff.

the location was perfect it was near to 7 eleven and if you don’t mind walking, you can walk from the hostel to Central World, Siam Paragon, Siam Center. and also walking distance to BTS.

Only 3 minutes walk & very close to Ratchathewi BTS Station, 7-eleven across from hotel, lots of halal good closeby, I would definitely stay here again in future, 15 minutes walk to "The Platinum Fashion Mall", 7-eleven stores on every corner.
