Had aircon/ electrical issues which lasted a few days. Shower is no good at all, door to balcony didn't close properly and is a very noisy area at night but that that is expected for location. Also having to pay 300baht for a friend to even come to your room is a rip off...every day!

The room was so noisy that the first night I barely slept Not only the position is near to the center, but also the walls are not isolating from the noise It s almost as sleeping on the sidewalk of Bangla road The room was full of ants, the first night they walked all over my body After I told this to the reception anyway the problem was solved

Noisy - Patong is the real party destination - taxis with big loudspeakers, in the evening and night there were each hour fireworks on the beach (also till 4am).

Near the beach, restaurants, bars and shoppings. Almost in the center of Patong. Beatiful beach, a lot of trips possibilities.

The pipes in our bathroom are molding and have the worst smells coming out of them. I bought some type of cleaner and poured it down it which helped a ton. After another day though the smell started to return. Staff offered to clean daily to help but it's the pipes being old or something.

Great location! That is the biggest praise but also the wi-fi worked well for us! A/C blew cold air and we had a hot shower. The staff was incredibly kind as well. Very helpful and helped me with my questions with the biggest smile on their face. Appreciate them!

It was hard to find, was located in the subway towards the back and on my booking it never specified that. very loud outside all night long, was hard to sleep.

Couldn't find the entrance turns out you have to walk into subway sandwich shop and the entrance is at the back of the shop

What you pay what you get is pretty fair, good for value, best location in patong beach, nice staff, a bit noisy since by the road ( patong is very busy at nights ) and no insulation at balcony door.

The entrance of the hotel is through the fast food chain of Subway which is really a kind of awkward, my first experience of checking in at a hotel in a fast food outlet 😀The bathroom is really outdated needs to be perked up.I was staying in a beach view room so it was a bit noisy particularly on Friday night.

it is situated right across the Patong beach, with many good restaurants all around as you step outside.The internet was quite fast.The air conditioning is quite good. The bedding is quite.There is No room service available and make sure to hang the Make My Room tag outside your door if you want them make your bedding / change the towels.
