Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

ThailandWe choosed the Thomson, because of business meeting reason. At the evening it is challenging to find a dine out place in walking distance. The Shopping Mall is "burned out" kind of dead end close up point. However, for short time stay the Hotel is conviniend. We stayed at storey 11, good view to the city and tennis courts. Room has all what it needs. Missed near bed power sockets. Internet was good, refrigerator, tea & cafe at the room. we would choose it again for short time stays ...

The location is next to a small mall. Convenient to get meal and get to public transportation. A boat pier is 100m away from the hotel. It's a great option to avoid traffic in BKK. Room size and the bed are big. Good value for money.

It is clean, comfortable, and not noisy. The bed room size is spacy with balcony and a nice night view, the bathroom is clean but no toothbrush and toothpaste. Thanks to Mrs. Sa who helped me with the slippers.

VietnamI arrived here on Sunday for Blackpink Concert and there were a lot of fans like us. We had to wait until 3pm to get the room key, however, when we entered the room, it was not made up yet. This situation happened not only to us, but also to some other rooms on our floor. A lot of guests checking in (full of the lobby), but there were only 4 receptionists. Moreover, there was only 1 Housekeeping staff tidying up rooms at that time. We had to wait in a messy room until more than 4pm, which broke our plans. However, I would like to give compliments to that housekeeping staff, he worked very hard and showed his support to all the guests.
Great location as it’s only around 2km far from Rajamangala Stadium, very convenient for us to move from here to the concert and vice versa. There is 7-11 and 1 Starbucks nearby. The room here is spacious enough for 2, a bit old but clean.

ThailandThey upgraded us because of full bookings I guess, but they just made it available without cleaning. The floor was extremely dirty, covered in dust. Our socks got black from walking around. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, fortunately there were enough towels for us, but not enough toiletries so prepare your own! (there were only 2 tiny bottles of shower gel and 2 tiny bottles of shampoo, and 1 roll of tissue paper). Hot water not working (or there's none?) The balcony was dirty with bird poo. There weren't enough power sockets. For an upgrade, it felt more like a downgrade.
It's quite a distance from Rajamangala Stadium but walkable. The hotel is also located deep in the alley. We got upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 living room. The room is next to a small gym. The bed was comfy enough and air cons worked fine. Staff answered messages quickly.
