MalaysiaThe parking spaces are very limited and it's really hard to park your car. Since we travel by 02 cars, we find the road very narrow and squeeze for 02 cars, but the host really try their best to accommodate our vehicles. As for the pool or breakfast, we never use and eat, so I don't like to say anything on that. Since September is a raining season, so it's really gives us a headache to move around the town, and there was no extension in front of our apartments so whenever raining it's really hard to in and out
The host treats us very well and takes care of us as family one off their own. We booked 2 room apartments and just nice for 8 of us. We are able to manage with 01 bathroom, and the appointment was big enough for us. All the kitchen items are available for usage and in working condition. The shower was hot enough, too. The bed was really conformable for 3 people to sleep. The villa was near to businesses places so food or entertainment wise no need to worry. Laundry shops all around, too. The nearest mall Jungcelyon is just walking distance from the villa, too. Entertainment all around

SingaporeIt’s so cosy and clean, they come and do their housekeeping daily, and our important belongings are all untouched, you can trust them fully. It may not be a five star elegant hotel, but it makes you feel at home. All the amenities are there! The host is extremely friendly, you can book tours through him, arrange for airport pick up and send off, you can also rent a scooter through him, how convenient it is. There’s also laundry nearby, so pack light!

I like the space provided in flats and other facilities like swimming pool, free wi fi, regular cleaning, staff attitude. Property located at far from visiting locations and Indian food restaurants but managed with local apps very helpful. Overall good enjoyable with family for 5 nights…. Thanks.

I recently stayed at the Villa Residence Hotel in Patong, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect—close to everything yet far enough from the noise to provide a peaceful retreat. The facilities are exactly as depicted on the website, with a well-maintained swimming pool and a steam room. This family-owned business truly stands out due to its incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Nim and Natcha at the bar are both superstars, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Mam and Ning from housekeeping ensure the rooms are impeccably clean. Having visited Patong for years, I can confidently say that Villa Residence Hotel is by far my favorite place to stay. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing. Real value for money. Nice location which made it easy to reach places. Mr. Toto and Mr. Sebastian were gems. Staff too were polite and nice. Pool looked good but didn't try it. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.

The friendly owner, thank you. His dog was also cute and friendly, I liked the black kitten. The bar in the resort looked good from my balcony but I didn't get a chance to go there.
