Swimming undergoing renovation, whereby it is stated they have one. So, every day during my stay, 10 am, demolition noise is unavoidable. Treat it as my morning alarm, hahaha. Last day during checkout, there was no water in the bathroom.

Location. Short walking distance to the beach. Surrounded by 7 elevens and Top. Ample laundry mart, massage, street food, and restaurants. About 10 minutes walk to Bangla road, Central store.

The pool was really really dirty. The hotel does not match the photos and is not worth the money.

Very basic amenities - No hairdryer, iron or ironing board provided within the property. Reception staff weren’t very helpful - we had no water within our room and when reported they said they would look into it. Came back from breakfast two hours later to check if the issues had been resolved and they said the water was working fine, only to go up to the room so find NO water. I had to take a video in order for the staff to action anything!

Great location. Large room which was cleaned daily to a good standard and free water bottles provided.

Noise of the main street was terrible. Curtains didn't cover the whole windows so we had some light in the morning to wake us up.

One of the hostess was lovely, sweetest and friendly person.

It was not the good room, i asked for a room with a spa, and at the reception they didn't have the key, so they give me another room, pool view, was cool, but i pay for the bath. And the boss didn't do anything even a refund. But the people working there are really nice

Friendly and helpful staff. Old hotel with a lot of history and skeletons in the closets. Nice pool backyard and pool. Cheaper than it’s neighbors, money talking.

Good day ! We booked your hotel for a month through. The hotel is called THE TOP PATONG RESORT from February 19 to 20 March 2024. But yesterday, March 15, the hotel started renovating the territory near the pool. Our room is opposite bassen on the 1st floor and dragged it by the grid. Please resolve this issue with a discount. You can't swim in the pool, go to the room uncomfortable. We are very waiting for the decision on your part, as the reception told you that you need to write. Thank you.

The pool was green I pulled sheets off to see if mattress protector was clean and it had stains all over it. Disgusting They said 300 metres from the beach it was a 25 minute walk they false advertised this motel but calling it a resort . I was there for 10 minutes before I left and booked another motel. Yes I lost all that money but there was no way I was staying in that dirty motel
