Only negative would be no beach, but to be fair has a stunning pool and you can always walk to a near beach.

Beautiful hotel, great location for ealking to waterfalls, viewpoints, and great restaurants. Hotel has a great team super food and breakfast was amazing as all cooked to order. We will certainly be back.

I will summarize my impression of the hotel in one word; Wow! Upon first meeting the wonderful staff, I felt welcome. The interior, the exterior, the location and the food are also top quality. And sitting in the restaurant and enjoying breakfast with a sea view was worth the stay alone.

The hotel is beautiful and we loved everything about it. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The details: lovely postcards, hats, sandals, bag to use during our stay to take things to the pool. Breakfast from 7 to 9 in the evening was also something different that we loved. The team working in the hotel was also kind and super helpful.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, I loved the local Batik art in my room. Everything was spotless. The staff are really friendly and the location is wonderful. Perfect pool and great breakfast choice. There could be a few more plant-based options on the menu.

We had an outstanding stay in this beautiful resort! Everything perfectly clean, the breakfast and the Restaurant are simply amazing. Everything extremely tasty and well prepared. The pool is beautiful und very quiet, perfect to relax. Also activities around the resort are plenty and easy accessible. Literally a perfect stay! The hotel is actually stunning. This could well be the most beautiful hotel I have stayed or may ever stay in! We had an incredible swim-up room with a gorgeous bathroom with great lighting. The hotel has exceptional quality of rooms, the bedding and the lush landscaping and overall polish of the hotel grounds has a wow factor. Wonderful to have all-day a-la-carte breakfast available. It’s no problem to have a morning coffee and return for something more substantial once you’ve woken up! Perfect evening cocktails but price is high comparatively than if you venture out, but great to take in the sunsets before heading out for dinner. The area has plenty going on just outside the hotel grounds, there are bars and restaurants just at the end of the driveway and a good buzz in the evening. The pool was never too crowded, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. While not many people were ordering poolside drinks, a member of staff would periodically bring bottles of still water for all guests. There's a great little glass box with a gym with the latest equipment including a good weighs selection. The staff are truly exceptional and offer a very personal service, you definitely feel like a person with a name and not a room number. A special shoutout to Vee and Maly who were so pleasant and welcoming and made our experience even better.

The best resort in Koh Chang. 5 star for a reason. This place is incredible. From the moment I checked in I felt like I was in paradise. The staff here are incredibly attentive especially the female manager (who wears The Chill Uniform) her and the staff make for an incredible experience. The breakfast staff are incredible. I have never experience and food like this in all my years travelling the world. Without these staff the hotel wouldn’t function, absolutely incredible. everything! The retreat was truly that - a retreat in every sense. The rooms are spacious and clean and beautifully designed, the pool was nice and breakfast at the Oceanview Terrace was stunning! A la carte menu that was the best we had during our whole stay in Thailand. Would recommend 10/10!
