Small pool. Bed mattress very hard & lumpy. It’s advertised for 10% discount on food & beverage but they only serve food on Fridays & Saturdays. Front desk was unaware about this until I told them. Booking. com shows a 5 star rating. A 3.5 star rating would be generous.

Very nice designed hotel with very nice and helpful staff! Best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel and I’m traveling a lot! Best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel! For 199 baht all you can eat and drink Buffett with amazingly good quality food! Don’t miss the breakfast in this hotel!

My shower didn’t have hot water, but I didn’t complain as outside it was 44 degrees and a cold shower was okay, so it’s partially my fault!

Synchronisation gap between staffs, faced water leakage issues, after reporting 2-3 times they failed to solve it. Seen communication gap between staff, so faced some difficulties while travelling to airport. Rooms are small in size and need to do maintenance for beds.

Well decorated hotel, was not expecting Cuban inspired accommodation. Looked great rooms werr dark and cool. The indoor/outdoor bar is fantastic even if you dont stay there.

The door way can be loud at night. But I have no issue sleeping as everything is closed by 11PM

The hotel is awesome and has the same spirit as in Cuba. The room is very nice although it can appear too small. The bathroom is actually bigger than the room itself and overall, it has a nice restaurant and very nice staff

The swimming pool is a bit small, only enough for three to four. If more than that, feels crowded. But not a big deal if you don't use it much.

The bed was not comfortable, my husband had after we stayed at this Hotel back pain for 3 days. The pillows and blanket was very nice, Bathroom shower was large 👍🏻, WI-FI and TV was terrible 😞

The room is small and dark, the aircon needs to be regased or do some maintenance on it, it was not cold but the fan that is attached in the room helped it. I had breakfast once and it was acceptable, almost everything was fresh just the fruits ( watermelon and the pineapple weren't fresh) The orange juice is not natural. The things for the salads were not fresh. The lifts were like being in hell, there's no aircon on them. The location is good just be careful with the narrow streets, there's no pedestrian signs of paths.

The property is really nice, colourful and the decoration is really really good. They play latin musicall day, the pool was ok. I stayed 3 nights and they cleaned the room twice. The breakfast is acceptable for 200 BAHT

The swimming pool should be furnished with some seating and possible sun umbrellas and The water could be better controlled. …… The dishes and drinks offered at the bar-restaurant are excellent but, in my humble opinion, a little too expensive.

Would have been ideal to have a proper pool. Otherwise nothing really to complain.

Quite a decent hotel, brilliant way of using the cuban theme. Helpful staff. i did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but every morning did go to the coffee shop which had some lovely pastries. Really liked the bar in the hotel too. Amenities were basic. Location wise, a little away from the main walking street and beach but has a lot of options within the radius for places to eat and generally walk around.
