Very steep stairs to reach the room. The towels we received on the first day didn’t smell good. Walls can use some paint and shower easily clogs and floods the bathroom

The view is the main asset of the villa! Having our own swimming pool was super cool. Everything is convenient with plenty of food delivery around. And just a 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes from the main shops, bars and restaurants. It’s a steep walk, but worth it! Also the staff is very responsive and they helped us with all our requests.

Only think I can think of is that such a high-end place should have better coffee facilities. There's instant coffee, but a pod machine would be so much nicer.

Clean, stylist rooms, incredible view, lovely private pool (you can swim naked, no-one can see), responsive hosts. The taxi they sent to pick us up also organized a scooter for the trip that was delivered only 15 minutes later. Guys were on hand to help with luggage, rooms cleaned every day. Just a short hop to the action, but very peaceful.

Not the easiest place to access unless you have a scooter or car on Koh Tao. No reception or amenities (no communal pool, only available with certain flats), basics missing e.g. weren’t even able to help us print some essential tickets and poor wifi.

Low amenities, no reception area, difficult to access for anyone slightly less physically able (steep incline to access and steps).

No breakfast provided from the accomodation, also not with extra cost. u have to order from some restaurants, who might not look at their phones 😅 But it was ok, we got stuff from supermarket for the other days.

The infinity pool and the view are mindblowing 🤯🤯 it is worth the price. so good. i definetly recommendto anyone Koh Tao is a paradise and you see it with this view. %100 recommended.

The walk in/out of accommodation is one of the biggest factors and hardest to describe. The rooms are connected by long sets of stairs with a carpark spot at the top and the bottom. Stairs in some areas all different length/height also. The bottom has a steep pathway to the carpark. From the bottom carpark, it is a steep and narrow path (some paved, some dirt, no street lights at night) to the main road. Occasional stray dogs would be here too. Altogether it is about 5mins walk up or down from room to main road. From the main road, you can cross and go straight to the beach (through another resort, but it is easy and open) or turn left to walk to the shops in 5 mins. I would say the peak incline is probably 45 degrees - you don't want to push/wheel anything up. Having said this, we walked up/down to the beach/shops each day carrying bags/baby and it was fine. If you order food delivery (many places in Koh Tao deliver for cheap/free), finding your specific room is difficult - use Whatsapp to meet them at the carpark. Air conditioning in the room was quite weak - takes a long time to cool the room and doesn't get that cold. There are also 2 ceiling fans in our room which help. Kitchen - no microwave or oil/salt. Wifi connectivity was poor. Late check-out was offered for 1500 THB when otherwise would be vacant. Seems expensive for 5 hours after paying for 6 nights.

The view is phenomenal. There are some mosquitoes, and it is still quite humid as no wind there (tip - open the front balcony door to provide more breeze). It makes up for not having a pool and being away from the beach. Host very responsive. Organised free taxi from pier (otherwise cheap taxi service along the path to the main road). Staff present were very helpful. Carried bags up/down for us, waited outside for us until our taxi arrived. Always happy to help and provide anything asked for. Cleaning each day with fresh towels and bottled water. Kitchen is simple but effective - 2x gas stove with a pan and a pot, toaster, electric kettle. Large fridge/freezer. Provided a big baby cot upon request. The nearby beach is calm, beautiful, not crowded, nice beach restaurants. We really enjoyed the stay here, regardless of the location/walk.

We are getting older so, the stairs to the room were a bit tricky but still a good workout. We found some small insects on the bed but other than that, the sheets were changed daily and the villa was very clean. Thank you for cleaning our dishes also, we loved the stay and had a great time :)

having read the reviews we were worried about the stairs but this was honestly not a problem at all (we were at the top too) just makes the view even better 😊

The views are just wow! We had a pool villa and it was lovely to come back after a day out to relax on the terrace. Comfy bed and clean and tidy everyday. We didn’t get to meet the owners but we communicated via WhatsApp and they are super responsive!

The main problem were the ants. I think the kitchen should be cleaned very thoroughly every day including spraying some detergents against insects. Having kitchen paper towels would be superb.. But given the villa is in the middle of jungle (and called “Plantation”), it totally makes sense that there are some insects. Additionally, the road upside to the villa is tricky. So better having 160CC bikes for *each* guest. During the rain you should be a confident rider to climb the mountain with a bike. On my last night there was a storm and electricity cut all over the island and simultaneously something weird happened to the main door. But the host made sure to deal with the situation.

The arrival was very convenient. Taxi collected me from the pier for free. The view was astonishing. Looks like in movies. The host was welcome and spoke fluent English (which is not common for Thai hosts). The pool was tidy-clean with clear water and amazing view. I also could control the lights inside the pool. The beds were super comfortable. The best beds I’ve experienced during my trip in Thailand. The shower was with hot water and decent current (which is not common for Koh Tao properties). The parking was free and convenient.
