We couldn't use the long pool, we thought it was murky strange and yellow? Perhaps it was the tiles reflection.

The place and the very warm staff! Thank you to Khun Koi, Khun Wat and especially to Khun Poi! Khun Poi was very amiable, always had a smile to his face and served us whole heartedly. Food was stupendous and the place was secluded and very quiet and private.

Fantastic location if you like peaceful, great beach leading right up to the resort with stunning views ,good restaurant and local taxis if you want to go anywhere we walked regularly to the nearest town of Nathom 50 minutes then taxi back to the hotel. Staff all really nice and friendly especially Pui he was so nice and helpful great at making cocktails.

spa was closed! no treatments and activities offered! many maintenance problems, rusty nails sticking out of wooden pool deck : hazards! outdoor shower not working lounge chair pillows broken etc…a bit run down! restaurant: food is disappointing , below average Thai food. Expensive. small restaurant next door on the beach is much better and cheaper!

This is the idea location for those like us wanting a tranquil and peaceful time away. It's a sanctuary away from the hussle of modern life. As such, it may be too quiet for those wanting more activities and a night life.

We stayed at this hotel for 23 nights during December 2022. Due to Covid we virtually had this family run hotel to ourselves. The main positive for this business are the staff. They were all without doubt truly amazing! A special mention to Gail and Jib at reception who greeted us each day with such warmth and happy faces. They resolved any questions we had with the minimum of fuss and maximum of efficiency. Both Poi and Benz worked tirelessly to look after us and never stopped working hard every day in the restaurant and pool side! Ash cooked the most amazing food and we had the best Thai cuisine on the island! In short we didn't want to leave and felt that we had found our 2nd home! Thank you one and all!

Everything about this property was above and beyond my expectations.First and foremost the staff at Passages Samui was beyond exceptional they truly made me us feel special from the time we checked in until the time we left.They alone are reason enough to return ! As far as the location there is no place as beautiful as this ,truly postcard perfect !Looking foward to returning again soon

the staff was extremely rude, condescending and borderline racist. refused to give me the phone number to the taxi (taxi is the only way in and out of the hotel). asked if I’m Mexican 🙄. Overcharged me and pretended to not understand. Very far from everything.

the hotel far away from all the restaurant, shopping,,,,etc. its around 30 minus,, and the lady in the reception want to charge us 800 pat in the evening and 600 pat in the morning. the AC not working in the first room and then they give us anther room and again the AC not working,, and than they give us bigger room on the beach said which have 2 ac.. again anther issue came out((the bash shower bring out all the dirty thing inside the bath room.. and on the last day it was Wendy so we get up in the morning with full of water inside our room.. and also the rooms not sound proof or sealed so you can hear the balcony tak tak tak all the night .. the hotel was empty from people ,, we were alone.. no room service on the evening..

The only things we are not happy about is the shower , water is so slow , we couldn’t clean our hair properly , especially has long hair .and also our bath room will be very wet after we shower, cos has no shower curtain or door , so our toilet and floor is totally wet after our shower , please do something about it , but we are happy to stay in your retort , cos your staffs are so nice
