This hotel is splendid, Charlie has an incredible attention to detail and cleanliness. You really rest, in an almost Japanese, linear, modern architecture that welcomes nature and a really nice and tasteful small swimming pool. We'll be back!

Before booking this hotel, check which location you want to live in, we had a scooter, so we didn't have any big problems, but without it it would be really complicated to reach the central parts of the island or to get to the hotel in the evening from the main street.

The hotel environment is very beautiful, great pool, comfortable bed. The staff is very nice and helpful!

Returning to the property at night takes you down an unlit stretch of road that is a bit creepy.

The Nest was great for a 1 night stay before we flew out of Koh Samui. Very clean and modern room with nice closet space and bathroom. The staff arranged an early morning airport shuttle that took less than 10 minutes with no traffic (FYI, if you need to be picked up before 6am the taxi cost increases from 300 to 500 baht). For solo female travelers, the hotel is tucked ~150m down a narrow unlit alley so if you are returning to the Nest at night that may be unappealing depending on your comfort level. We had no issues. The hotel has an outer security gate with key entry.

A little hard to find but otherwise lovely place

Lovely place. Owner kindly helped us when taxi driver left us on side of road. Room was spacious and spotless. Small pool was perfect to cool down.

We did not mind walking up and down the short access road but found it difficult at night as it is unlit.

Well thought through accommodation with nice touches such as an umbrella. Set in a compact zen style garden with pool. Everything was immaculate.

Nothing it was all amazing

The nest is so quant. Cosy and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. They’re super helpful with organising both transport from the pier and to the airport which was perfect for our stop over before our flight the following day. They’re a cute pool and the showers are lovely. There are also books placed all around the property which we thought was so cute. Lovely lighting in the rooms and there’s not tons and tons of rooms which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

The pillows were a bit too hard for me. But I am sure some people like it.

The staff was helpful beyond any expectations! They helped me to bring my friend from the airport, kept our luggage after the checkout, and sent us to the pier by car. The owner was so friendly and polite. Thank you very much for the great care of us!

Wi-fi works perfectly and on high speed inside the kitchen area. Although we had some minor connection issues in our room.

The best room and bathroom among three hoteles we have visited during the trip to Samui and Phangan. Super clean, nice neat design. A calm and peaceful place. The nearest good beaches for us were Mercury and Thongson, both around 12 mins by bike. There are some good restaurants and a really good big grocery store within 7 mins by walk. The owner is friendy and responsive. He helped us a lot with tickets reservation, good bike rental, and great recommendations.

We liked everything.

We loved the aesthetic of the guesthouses. Guess what! The houses were made by the owner Charlie himself. He used to be a timber. We loved the paneling of the wooden structures. The attention to detail was lovely to see - but also Charlie is a warming host, very passionate about hospitality and super easy to talk to. Thanks for the lovely conversation today. Highly recommend this place. Quality vs. price is beyond. Great location, close to the airport and super quiet and private.

Nothing we didn’t like but don’t let your driver drop you at the end of the lane as ours did as it’s a bit of a rough road not easy with cases. Make them take you to the door! Also you’ll need to use your phone at night to light the way.

Charlie the owner was great at communicating with us . The rooms are lovely and clean and it’s very calm and tranquil , away enough from the hustle and bustle that is Samui. Lovely clean pool to cool off in. great location near the airport . Charlie gave us a great recommendation for dinner just a 15 min walk away, delicious food. He also organised our taxi to the airport. Charlie’s place is great value for money , would thoroughly recommend.

2min walk to the main road on bumpy gravel can be tricky at night. But it's a non issue if ure getting a car or bike.

Cosy and clean space with everything u could need. Bed was really comfortable and facilities were top notch. Charlie is a fantastic and supportive host.
