We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe penthouse pool is amazing but it needed more lounges. The pool on ground level is mainly for those rooms with access to the pool so there was a lack of available lounges. Access to the beach is over a four lane main road and it really needs a person monitoring traffic to allow for safe passage across the road. These are certainly not criticisms but just suggestions.
Breakfast was excellent with plentiful food. Great variety of food available. Staff were incredibly helpful particularly the Manager at Reception and Meo, food and beverage Manager. Beach opposite the hotel was clean with plenty of lounges and open space.

The hotel is very new from summer and it has a separate bedroom if you are a big family. The pool down is amazing for kids, and the one rooftop is fantastic for the evenings. There is a massage place and a restaurant just next to it which was fantastic. You can also order to hotel food, there is kitchen in some rooms which was awesome with a kid. We loved everything.

United KingdomThis location is far from everything, you don't have any shops or good cafe around. You have to walk 15-20 min by foot to the nearest cafe at the beach. The breakfast has lots of choice but it's not tasty, it was hard to choose what to eat. It's a shame for such hotel. The staff of the hotel is not so friendly and nice, no one smiles and everyone looks depressed, I see this is first time in Phuket. It's a pity that the downstairs pool with nice evening lights works only till 20.00, we didn't have time to swim there. The dinner in the hotel has small portions and little choice, not tasty at all. And there are almost only Russians that behave not really good, half of night we couldn't sleep at all because someone was shouting and arguing in the hall. A lot of staff should be improved here.
This place looks new and modern. They have nice rooftop and it's very close to the beach, 7 min by foot and in front of Cafe del Mar and nice massage salon (I really recommend you to go there!). The breakfast coffee made from beans was really nice.
