You can get better hotel for the price, but it is close to airport.

Close to airport, reliable shuttle. Good place if you need to take an early flight or just a safe place for a night if you arrive in a late flight. Nice staff. Hotel has a restaurant.

We had to call the hotel to get the shuttle to come and collect us. In the past there has been a representative at the Airport. there was a kind lady who looks after another hotel who called for us. Please put back the Hiotel representative to save people booking elsewhere. Its a great convenient hotel. Also please add back the booking with Airport Transfer Both Ways so no need to pay for the 2nd transfer at reception

Bathrooms need some updating - some areas needed better cleaning. Bed was hard. No lamp in the bedroom - only the big light.

Advice to anyone who's going to stay there, take mosquito repellent, they have mesh in front of all windows that can open, somehow they still get in. There's a canal right beside the property and I believe they breed there!

I disliked the stairs and lack of elevator and the shower was not comfortable. When you shower the whole bathroom gets wet.

I have stayed here before at this hotel and it's wonderfully convenient for the airport just a short distance away by shuttle which the hotel offers. It's great for a night or two, simple furnishings and adequate for my needs at least.

The beds were hard as a rock. The location of the electrical outlets. Only one between the beds.

Struggled to get transfer from airport to hotel, no one replied to any of my messages, so I had to get the information service at the airport to call the hotel (because my phone didn’t work). Ended up waiting an hour total, even though I paid for the service upfront. Bugs in the room too..

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable bed. Transfer to airport was smooth.

One staff member was very poor with her customer service as we required an extra bed which was requested at the time of booking and she just point blank refused to help us. Wouldn’t even give us an extra blanket or pillows or anything. Very uncompromising and you really did not feel like a treasured customer.

Generally, there is not much to do in the area. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel for a short stay to prepare for departure or to rest after arrival.

The hotel was booked for a short stay of a few hours before departure. The hotel is modest but clean. The air conditioning worked and didn't stink. Very affordable price for accommodation with breakfast. Free transfer to the airport. There is a swimming pool, bar and restaurant on site. I used the restaurant - the food was good and at good prices. Bar prices are also affordable. The service was nice and helpful. Street food nearby.
