This is by far the most satisfying place I’ve stayed in Pattaya! First, the security system gives a great sense of safety: 24-hour security patrols, access-controlled entry, and elevator access only to your floor and facility levels—it’s both secure and private. The location is unbeatable. Surrounded by endless food and entertainment options, the lively bar street is just downstairs, and 24-hour convenience stores are nearby, making everything super accessible! The local food stalls outside offer authentic Thai flavors that are worth trying. The pool facilities are amazing, with a friendly vibe where many international guests mingle and relax. The host was incredibly attentive, helping me with travel plans and making me feel genuinely cared for. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient—definitely a five-star recommendation! Plus, the assistant’s ticket booking service offered exclusive local experiences like adult shows and island tours at discounted rates. Truly a value-for-money stay!

🌟 Highly recommend this hotel – it’s brand new and super convenient! The best part is having a kitchen, microwave, and induction cooktop🍳, so we could buy fresh seafood and cook ourselves – incredibly convenient! The fridge is also large, perfect for storing all our food and drinks. 👩‍💼 Amazing butler service throughout our stay. You can choose one-on-one butler assistance or self-check-in. Make sure to add the hotel’s WeChat before you arrive! The lovely butler ladies are there to help 24/7, so you can ask anything at any time. They even arranged our airport transfer🚐 and provided a helpful Bangkok travel guide, which made planning so much easier! 🏠 Our family booked a two-bedroom suite and a sea-view room, which were both spacious and ideal for families. The location is fantastic – right next to Central Festival Mall, and just a few steps to the beach🏖️, making it super easy to shop, explore, and enjoy meals out. 💬 Service in Chinese was a huge plus, making communication smooth and easy. The butlers are quick to respond and always helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a worry-free and relaxing stay!

The location couldn’t be better—everything is super convenient! Starbucks and McDonald’s are just downstairs, perfect for those needing a quick coffee or snack, especially if you’re working. The room’s WiFi is incredibly fast, reaching speeds up to 600 Mbps, making it ideal for downloading large files without a hitch. The rooftop pool is a great spot, often with a friendly mix of international guests. If you’re planning to take photos, mornings are a quieter time. There’s also a sauna on the 30th floor and a gym where you can jog with views of Pattaya’s iconic skyline. I’ve stayed at a few places in Thailand, and the cleanliness here is among the best—absolutely spotless. I’d read some complaints in reviews before arriving, but I didn’t find any issues myself. The bedding is super comfortable, and the mattress is perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff checks daily around noon to see if you’d like housekeeping services, though cleaning is available only until 3 PM, so it’s best to let them know early. The hotel provides flip-flops, and if you need disposable slippers, just ask the concierge. For light sleepers, noise-canceling earplugs are available—though I requested two pairs and didn’t even need them. Higher floors are quieter, but on lower floors, you might hear a bit of nightlife sounds. As for amenities, the bathroom has a nice dry-wet separation, which I believe is exclusive to the suites. If you plan to do laundry, the suite is a great choice as it comes with a washing machine and a larger kitchen. We stayed for a week and found it handy to cook some meals, with a grocery store just a 2-minute walk away (though veggies and other items are a bit pricey due to small packaging). Alternatively, there are several convenience stores downstairs for water and other essentials. 🌟 Exceptional Value! This is the most comfortable place I’ve stayed in Thailand! The room was spotless, and the towels were thick and plush. As soon as I booked, a customer service rep added me on WhatsApp and provided support in English—truly attentive service! We had a large group with many questions, but the customer service team was always responsive and helpful. They even provided tons of useful tips and recommendations—definitely a full 5-star experience 💯! You can ask about anything, from dining to activities, and they’re super friendly 🤣❤️. 📍 Prime Location! Just cross the street, and you’re at the beach 🏖️! A quick three-minute walk takes you to Central Festival, the heart of Pattaya’s shopping and entertainment district. There’s also a “songthaew” (shared taxi) stop right outside, so getting to Terminal 21 takes less than five minutes. Plus, there are around five or six 7-Eleven stores downstairs—unbelievably convenient! 🏠 Spacious Suites at Unbeatable Value! We booked a two-bedroom and upgraded to a suite with dual bedrooms and bathrooms, including an oversized tub perfect for a relaxing soak 🛁. The suite comes with a massive Marshall speaker 🎶 and a Dyson hair dryer 💨, and the master bedroom has a panoramic sea view overlooking the Pattaya hillside with its iconic logo—a visual treat! 🏊‍♂️ Rooftop Infinity Pool - A Must-Visit! The infinity pool on the top floor is the perfect place for photos 📸, especially at the edge! I recommend heading straight there after checking in to take in the full view of Pattaya. P.S. The room comes with flip-flops 👡, and if you’d like disposable slippers, just ask the butler. For those who book a room with a bathtub, you can request a LUSH bath bomb from the front desk each day 🛀—a hidden perk, just for you 😉! Definitely saved as my go-to spot for next time ❤️❤️😁🚗🔞🏖

Poor cleaning: dust on the refrigerator and cooker hood, brocken and blunt knife, dirty walls, torn duvet cover closure. No place for drying clothes after wash or bathing. One card (which is entrance, room and elevator key) for the family of three is not enough.

Modern building not far from the ocean. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. Amazing pool on the rooftop. Very good sea view from nice small balcony and sleeping room. All necessary kitchen accessories and spices for quick cooking.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. Firstly i appreciate the host for the quick response and hassle free check-in. The ambience and the facilities of the room was luxurious. The view from the room was amazing. From the pool it was outstanding. The lounge was beautiful as anyone would love to be there for hours. We love to stay again.

Too much hazel got couture but don’t do anything… helpless and the keys get in and out to the lift only 1 key if I went somewhere my partner can’t get in if we both out. Useless bad experience

Unorganised they’re make us waited until 4pm gave moving us to a different room 3 times me and my partner got suitcases we booked room with washing machine no washing machine in the first room and I have to contact the owner the room still not clean then the cleaning lady took us to the room got washing machine and then she’s went the room still haven’t make and the bed we sit in the room and waited we’re so tired I find the condom it’s used took picture send to the owner he’s laughing unprofessional service… about half hour later the cleaning lady come to make the bad for us my day nearly end I want to stay longer but the service are crap!! And Expensive Oh, he’s send us 2 cans of beers to said sorry it’s not the point.
