The pillows as our last visit were so bad very soft it was like sleeping on dust needs to be replaced as we put in l survey last time we stayed .

very small bathroom , the hot and cold water need to be fixed it's a tiny matter but you don't know when the water hit your body is very cold or it's boiling hot

very good location with a short walking distance to Robinson's lifestyle shopping mall , and close to Suvarnabhumi Airport and this is the main reason for booking it , the AC is so cold and i like it , a bit quite area , i might stay in it in my next trip to Bangkok.

Airport pick-up staff are very decent and gentle. Ride from the airport to hotel is very comfortable and fast. Airport pick-up times are designated and when you arrive before or after, you would have to patiently wait for the next pick-up, makes perfect sense. Hotel check-in simple and straightforward, very receptive reception.

Probably better ventilation in the rooms

Basic hotel close to the airport good if you need to stay overnight in Bangkok before your next flight to somewhere. The pool looked nice but we arrived late at night and left early in the morning so did not get to try it. Some of the fares of the rooms include free shuttle to the airport I think every 30 min which is a very handy.

Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for a night before an early flight. The location is really good lots of shops and services nearby. The room spacious and clean. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

They could have included sweetner wih the room coffee facility (just non dairy creamer and one of each!!)

WE have stayed here previously. Its the best "near airport" hotel for the price in Bangkok in my opinion Its 3 star, modest, but lives up to its rating...for just 800 baht/night, its a great bargain. Good breakfast!

Loose shower head fitting in wall n toilet seat was wobbly

It’s a good location if you have a flight to catch. Mc Donald’s and big mall very close to the hotel. The mall has kfc and many other local but also Korean , western food option , the mall has also an indoor game hall for the kids

The staff in the dining hall is not friendly. There was a cockroach in our bed during the first night but the staff took care of it and changed our bedding.

The wifi was not always consistent.

The hotel suited my needs of being close to the airport, as well as less than a five minute walk to a shopping mall. The pool was great and shaded throughout most of the day so it was refreshingly cool. The friendly and accommodating staff were wonderful! There was an issue with the wifi; they moved me to another room to gain better reception. Thank you for my stay.

Beds could be better.. mattress very thin. No toiletry items provided at all.

The beds in the room are not super comfy. The mattress are very thin. However we spent only one night so it’s ok. Location is good near airport. Staff is friendly. We arrived early but early checking in not allowed in most hotels before 12. So we left our luggage at lobby while we went out.
