My recent stay at Home Bliss was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what truly impressed me was the exceptional customer service. The staff were all friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. However, I must give a special shout-out to Ashiq. His service was truly beyond exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. From answering any questions I had to resolving a minor issue with my room quickly and efficiently, Ashiq made a real difference in my experience. Overall, I highly recommend Homm Bliss to anyone looking for a great place to stay with outstanding service.

Mattresses were hard but that's just my preference. Many people like hard mattresses. The pillows were excellent.

Nice location on South beach. Nice and quiet at night. No bars. Easy walk however to clubs, bars and walking street. Excellent staff. Enthusiastic and professional. Lovely food.

Our sea view was a bit of a disappointment due to the big wooden poles in front of the top of 7/11 in front our balcony. We spoke to reception about this and they said that we had the best view for the 2nd floor, but it wasn't the end of the world, just wasn't as aesthetically pleasing as we thought it might be. The breakfast is ridiculously priced, was the most expensive we came across throughout our whole time in Thailand, we didn't bother tyring it. The pools are small but they are clean. Our room wasn't cleaned by 4PM when we got back from a day out, when they eventually came round we were getting ready to go out again and it wasn't convenient to have them come in that late.

All the staff were really helpful. Its in a good location if you want to be close to the nightlife but far enough away to get a good nights sleep. Having the beach in front of the hotel was great and the sunset was lovely. The room is modern and very clean. The staff also offered is a shower room to freshen up in before our flight home due to a late flight, this was free of charge.

the hotel location is perfect, the view from the room is exaptational, its overlooking the beach, public transport (blue bus, tax, tuktuk) all next to the hotel. very clean room without any smells. big bathroom.

I recently stayed at Homm Bliss in Phuket for two weeks and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Room: The room was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The view from my room was breathtaking, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout my stay. It was also very quiet and cozy, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Service: The staff at Homm Bliss were extremely friendly and helpful. Lulu and Daniel stood out with their exceptional service. Daniel, in particular, was more helpful than any resource on the internet, offering invaluable advice and assistance during my stay. Location: The location of the hotel is fantastic. It provided easy access to local attractions and amenities, making it convenient for both relaxation and exploration. Overall Experience: My overall experience at Homm Bliss was outstanding. The combination of a great location, comfortable and clean rooms, and exceptional staff made my stay memorable. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Superb hotel. I had a deluxe room on the top floor with an amazing ocean view out to the horizon over Patong Beach watching the sunset every evening. Bliss Southbeach is down the southern end of the beach so quieter at night. Fantastic food, the wine is excellent and the staff were tremendous. Reception staff, cafe staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping staff. Everyone was very professional and exceedingly helpful. My room was very large with kitchen, large lounge area and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. Large balcony as well. Very close to shops and restaurants. If I ever return to Patong Beach I will certainly stay here. Highly recommended.

For someone coming from a Middle Eastern background, I'd appreciate it if it is mentioned whether the food is halal or not. Another negative point is the 2000 bhatt deposit, which must be paid in cash on arrival. Many travelers like me don't have the country's currency when checking in their hotel!! Moreover, a 2000 bhatt on departure is a headache for many travelers as we will suffer to change them into our currencies or into US dollars. This would add unnecessary losses to our budget. Charging credit cards for this deposit would have been a more convenient idea!!

Nicely located in Patong beach, overlooking the sea. Our room had a wonderful seaview. Thumbs up to the housekeeping staff who took care of our room everyday. The breakfast was very basic.

The second floor suite was palatial luxury. The restaurant had some of the best food around. The staff were simply amazing. They went well above the call of duty to take care of me. I highly recommend.

My room does not have a hot bathtub, just a shower room, I think that is a missing opportunity. The pool is very small and close to the street, a little bit lack of privacy. The ocean view from the room is just OK, it may not be the best choice if you are seeking such an experience.

One of the best hotels is located in Patong Beach. the staff is super friendly and well-trained compared to other boutique hotels in the area. This is a place that holds good standards for its service. The restaurant is very delicious, I have to say it is close to the 5-star hotel level, I was eating there 3 meals a day during my stay. highly recommended. 7-11 is right next to the hotel, very convenient to buy things.

Nothing - everything was pretty good actually, as mentioned on the box and in line with the room rate :)

It's a decent hotel; tehre were no unpleasant surprises, I suppose for Patong standards it's better than the average by far. The staff were super engaging and helpful all the way, from check in (especially Game who checked us in) all the way to check out. It's nice that they have the swimming pool - we were there on a torrid day and it really helped ease the heat stress! Breakfast was surprisingly good, we weren't expecting anything special but it was much better than expected. Obviously a big selling point is proximity to Bangla road; so you're at the beach and also somewhat close to Bangla road, whilst in a decent hotel, muc habove Patong standards.
