The consistency of the breakfast could have been better. Almost all the food apart from phad thai was off on the last day. otherwise, we were happy with the food.

The use of the app to request for services is excellent! Melody and the other lady wearing transparent glasses were great.

- You have to keep in mind you need 30-40 minutes to go Old Town or to do any activity.

It's a bit weird that you have to dispose your toilet paper in the bin and not in the toilet but this seems the norm across phuket so no fault of the hotel.

The staff were amazing!! Excellent service throughout our stay. In hindsight I would have booked my full trip to phukrt at the bell resort.

The villa is not totally clean. We also had electricity interruption twice during our 10-day stay. The breakfast is very basic and needs a lot of improvements.

The villa is spacious and the pool is totally private and amazing. Lots of tropical plants in and out the villa and lots of water features. The area where the resort is located is very quite.

Note that all dining is in-villa (but so what) and everything is requested through an App (you get used to it fairly quickly and good instructions are given by staff).

Amazing villa - so much space, so private, beautiful garden. Great, discreet staff and nothing was too much trouble. Busy Kamala beach is a short 5-10 min drive by complementary transfer (2 hourly 11-5), and that distance makes for a peaceful stay. There is a communal bar where we enjoyed happy hour cocktails

Location was a bit further out but if you rent a scooter you should be fine .

The whole villa was exceptional! Extremely clean and tidy! The private pool is the best .. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite especially Melodi!

Bell Pool Villa was such an amazing stay. We loved the use of the hotel app where you can order everything so easily. The comforts of the villa were lovely like the kitchen, ordering pool floaties, drinks and more and the service especially from Rose and her attentiveness to us made the stay more enjoyable. We loved the breakfast, the pool, the garden and the rooms! Would highly recommend.

One thing that u should take care ofit that there is no mart or 7/11 or any small mart or restaurant near you ..so make sure u buy everything u need before u come back to ur place ...

We liked every thing ..so Quit place and so privacy and clean ..they have app u can download and make any request from the reception..you don't have to get out or u don't have to be there ..its really nice and new experience for us ..lovely and nice staff 👍 whenever I am going to Phukit for sure I will come to the bell pool villa ..

There was building work going on for the first couple of days, we mentioned this to the team a couple of times and the noise was reduced. Location wise it was great for us but not great for people that want to explore the local area or go for a walk etc after dinner.

An amazing villa and the app worked really well. Every time we requested something the team were very quick to respond. It was a mini oasis and felt very private.
