Highly Recommended for travelers. Near to Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha Temple, Bangkok Museaum and Golden mountain. The staff is very friendly and front desk lady is very kind. Rooms are very clean and tidy. They provided good service for my money.

The hotel is really well located surrounded by restaurants, bars and some temples along the river. I only spend a night at this spotless hotel, the bedroom is clean and the sheets super soft. The owner was there at my late arrival, and offered me to take a shower before my bus trip the next day. I could also leave my luggage’s safely there.

The location was perfect, close to Koh San road but further enough that you couldn’t hear any noise. The lovely women who helped run the place, didn’t speak a lot of English but always communicated through translate. She helped us out and made us feel very welcome. Would stay there again!

I would have loved a kettle in the room however they did have one in the communal area. No seating on the balcony for our room.

Very friendly staff and very clean hotel overall. Location is fantastic as it is a 10 minute walk from Khoasan Road. Having a balcony for our room was a great plus for a smoker. Bathroom/shower was a 10/10. Cold drinking water available throughout our stay accessible via the shared kitchen area.

Very accommodating staff. Everyone: the staff and the building owners are just kind. They provided me my requests: flat iron, ironing board, even helped me with printing my documents for my next flight. I already recommended this hotel to my friends and family who are planning to visit, BKK, Thailand in the future. And the Grand Palace is just a walking distance if you don't mind the heat. But, taking a tuktuk ride is better.

Everything was great. I stayed here for 2 nights. The location was very convenient, 10 min walk from famous Khaosan Road. The room was clean and well equipped. It had comfortable bed, air con, fast Wifi. Also, they left lots of complementary snacks for me. Check in was easy, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is right off Khaosan Road but surprisingly quiet as my room faced the canal. The hostesses were wonderful. They were thorough in their explanations despite the language barrier. One even helped me with my luggage as she knew I would have problems dealing with everything. They arranged for a car to take me to the airport for 400 baht which was very reasonable. The driver was excellent too. My only concern is a purely personal one. I dislike open showers with no doors as they splash water everywhere in the bathroom. It was immensely hot and climbing several flights of stairs ( no elevator) in 100 degree heat was no picnic. The weather is not the hostesses fault and the air conditioning was a life saver. Otherwise, I recommend this place for its location, its price and the friendly hostesses.
