The equipment with glasses, pots and cutlery was rather simple, if you cook a lot yourself, you have to improvise a bit, but with the many restaurants within walking distance and with Ray's great support (she got us a better pan for our morning omelets), this was not a problem.

We had an amazing beachfront villa, location is excellent with direct access to the beach, the pool is wonderful, the villa offered a lot of space for our family to relax, play, sit and eat outside or just enjoy the seaview - we appreciated it very much. The villa was very clean and everything was in a good condition. Kitchen equipment included toaster, microwave, rice steamer, a big refrigerator with freezer and 2 cooking zones. Minimarket, restaurants, massage - everything is in walking distance. The property manager Ray is a rock star, she helped with everything that was needed (taxi, household items, excursions, boat tickets etc), she was always available for us and solved everything very quickly . Ray has such has a positive attitude, is always so kind and open for jokes.

The WiFi wasn't working in the villas, but the apartments had WiFi.

Ray, the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. She helped us book vans, trips, activities, dinner, etc. I travelled with a group of friends and everyone was very pleased with our stay! The property also has its own private beach which was nice!

The tub wasn’t even hooked up and we have a toddler, charged us a full day for a scooter and didn’t get it to us until end of day

Our experience of Rey was very mixed - she was inconsistent as she confirmed we could vacate the villa at 1700 (having moved us once already) then changed her mind and told us to vacate by 1200. She helped us book a boat trip but despite being VERY clear we wanted a private hire she organised a group tour so we wasted an hour having to rebook. And she said she would refund the extra night we accidentally booked, then changed her mind.

We were very disappointed by the accommodation - no AC in the sitting area, terrible smells of sewage in several rooms and nobody came to clean our rooms during our stay (even though Rey asked us to pay an additional amount for cleaners). The pool was nice but the rooms were pretty minimally furnished. We were moved to one of the villas (because of the sewage smells) and they were much nicer and a better choice if available.

The receptionist was asleep at her desk when we went to pick up the keys. The apartment was not as advertised. The stairs were a huge issue for me as I had damaged my foot. The receptionist could not offer us an alternative room so although my friends stayed there I had to find alternative accommodation.

The apartment was on the second floor. Pebble dash, steep stairs, no hand rail. I actually had to stay somewhere else.

The rooms are depressing and neglected. Bathrooms terrible. No proper locks on doors. Transparent curtains. Too hot to use kitchen and living room. Place needs areal upgrade.

Location and outdoor space were great. Manager Ray was friendly and helpful.

This place is tired - The rooms are all outdated. knobs falling off. decor is old fashioned. It is comfortable and clean. But not luxurious at all. The pool had lots of algae on the bottom and the grout is falling to bits. The kiddy pool is full of sharp edges where the grout has come away between the stones. my daughter cut herself 3 times and my wife and son once each!

Amazing beach side location. not far from town. A few local places to eat and drink even in the rainy season. Pool is a good size. Ray the manager is very helpful although came across a little fed up with it all in honesty!

My concern for a larger party using both bedrooms was the second bathroom was unpleasant with the window stuck open attracting insects at night, presumably to counter what was an unpleasant smell. The soft furnishings are tired. For a self catering flat it did not have enough in the way of kitchen utensils and equipment. This didn't affect us as we ate out.

Stayed in end first floor apartment. Great view and fabulous position with lawn / pool / beach in front. Took lightweight sun beds right down to water side on beach. It was great accomodation for a couple with generous space. The pool was nice for occasional use although we mainly used the excellent beach.

unfortunately the place now is really run down. Ray, the lady manager , and her team(cleaning ladies, garden and pool employees) are wonderful, the place is extremely well looked after but they can’t do miracles when everything fall apart.Most of the sunbeds are broken, the one under the canopee is full of stains, the mattresses in the bedrooms are tired, one bed lamp was broken…I stayed there last year as well in another apartment,same problems,nothing has improved in one year…and this year , a foul smell of sewer in my bedroom!Prices have doubled since last year which would be fair enough if they replaced the damaged equipment.

ideal location , I saw this place being built many years ago and almost wished I could buy one of these apartments , they were so wonderful.

We had the beach villa with private pool. The beds are really hard/bad, one of the three bedrooms are really disturbed by the traffic, no AC in the kitschen/Livingroom but that we knew before we arrived. The host Ray checked in another company before we checked out! We were promised by her to have a late check out, but she then got a booking and checked the other people in before we had left which was very uncomfortable. When we had showers and had not packed up our last things, the new people suddently were in our private villa! The host could have told us to check out earlier. Also, this place was really expensive and we did not think it was value for money. the sleeping rooms are not so nice as you expected when paying that much.

The location is great! Just on the beach. the outdoor area is really nice. the swimmingpool is nice. good place when travelling three coupers since there are three separated bed rooms.

Poor facilities, rained heavily the first night we were there, and there was a leak which made our bed and floors in both bedroom and living room wet. There are also some wires around the window area, which is where the water came in, so we have to disconnect the tv in order to be safe. Talked to the hotel manager about the situation and ask for a refund/change of room and got denied. We booked the room for our 4-day trip but we ended up finding another hotel and left without a refund, because of the poor service and poor facilities. (When we ask for a refund, they even gave us a fake number, said it was the hotel owner's number and asked us to talk to them)
