Kids club was closed, maybe that was due to covid. A bit far from everything, but not extremely - 15mins walk to the beach. Two thai restaurangs outside. Food inside the hotel was average and quite pricy. Breakfast was limited and not very tasty. Stuff doesn’t seem well-trained - they had to gather 3 persons to sell us some ice-cream as nobody knew how to do that ”procedure” ☺️

It was a long check in. ~30 minutes for 1 person after 2 pm its not OK. First Bill to pay was higher than in Booking.com reservation. Thay changed it

The location is sad... Nothing around and you need to cross wide street to get to the beach.

The significantly overpriced pot of tea and cake that I should never have purchased! This purchase definitely affected my stay! Then there was the Mai Tai! I am 100% sure the bar maid had no idea what ingredients were supposed to go in it.

I like indian food and masala tea in breakfast. Good comfortable room with all facilities and water tea coffee complimentary. Receptionists are active. Housekeepers make up room so clean. Location is fine, near beach.

We came to stay here as a couple, and we got free upgrade to the big room that we have more space to spend time together, Room is big and clean. Our room is in the middle of the pool so we can see a good pool view. Staffs is very helpful . I love that alot of staffs, know our culture. Hillal (Pamara) and Abdullaess is funny and active.

Resort is getting old but clean. Resorts floor plan is not good for staffs, that mean staff work so hard and patiently.

Room is bigger than expectation!! with private terrace. Clean and cozy. Overall is good to stay for relax holidays. Staffs are all great. Location is good for escapng from crowded I love this location even someone does not.

Less staff in the hotel, sometimes we have to wait for something a bit long.

10/10 for receptionists and 100/10 for Hilal (Piamara), all staffs are very good. Free upgrade / complimentary / early check-in, We got it so well.

some more indian food choices needed and less staff at night

We stayed for celebrate our son's birthday, Staying was lovely, staff are all helpful and provided us for some decoration. Pool is big, Good for kids. For all 4 nights here is very nice and wonderful for us.

The staff was extremely rude. From the moment we entered, they were all very arrogant without any reason. Even the receptionists who helped us check in were throwing tantrums and were very unwelcoming. Even the folks carrying our luggage to and from the room seemed as if they are doing a favour to let us stay at the property. At check out, we were 30 mins late which we informed the reception but the staff entered the room without our permission and started shouting. At check out we literally had to ask all the staff members to talk nicely and learn to respect people in general, if not their guests. It seemed like they were not very welcoming cause we were Indians, not sure about this though.
