We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyIt's a beachfront hotel, so it was nice to have the beach so close. But i got the room without air-con, only a fan as the ones with aircon were beyond my budget. The staff was friendly but not overwhelmingly friendly like other places. The bed was fine, the bungalow has a balcony with a hammock with a sea view. That was the highlight of the room.

United KingdomThe room isn’t the best in terms of comfort and cleanliness but the outside areas definitley make up for it. There are no shops near where you’re staying so make sure you’re stocked up with supplies. They do have drinks and food at the bar so it’s not the end of the world. Was a little pricey for what we got BUT we did stay there New Year’s Eve!
Amazing setting, really nice vibe around the social area and chill bar. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot on the beach! Friendly staff who will be happy to help whenever and with whatever you need.

Thailand1. Does not have air conditioning 2. The padlock was a little annoying to lock up your bungalow. 3. No area to hang clothes, apart from the bathroom towel holder. 4. No fridge to keep your beverages cold These are small issues though, I would definitely stay there again if I came back to Koh Phangan for another full moon party #Firstworldproblems 😂

I loved how conveniently close it was to Haad Rin beach, bout a 20min walk or would cost about 100 - 120 baht by tuktuk or motorbike, don't drink and ride kids! 😂 It's such a small fee, your life's way more valuable.

United KingdomWe booked a room of 5 for 3 nights. It was very expensive (£23 per person per night) but we were happy to pay due to its location and it falling on the full moon party. However, the air con didn’t work for the first two nights, they kept trying to fix it but it kept breaking. It was so hot in the rooms so we didn’t get a good night sleep. When asked if they could move us rooms they said they were fully booked then when we checked online we noticed they were not. They did however move us for the last night into nice rooms fully functioning.
The location was on the beach front and they had a nice pool. It was walking distance to the full moon party, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly.
