We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was a strange smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and the water pressure is a little poor. But it met our needs perfectly as a place to sleep whilst exploring the island.
Loved the location for the full moon party (literally 2 mins walk) and being close to the busy town. The music does go on until the early hours most days so if you are looking for a more relaxing, quiet stay I’d say look somewhere else.

United States of AmericaSink basin dismounted from wall and fell on my foot while brushing my teeth (sober). Budget room is complete trash. Crammed. Wet everywhere in bathroom. Cockroaches in bathroom. They upgraded us because WiFi wasn’t working at all at those rooms.
Upgrade to a suite room because our room was falling apart. Sink fell on the floor.

SpainVery rude on the part of the girl who personally runs the place, even though she is not the boss. We stayed with my family for 2 days that were going to be 3 but on the third day, after telling us that we could stay, they told us that we had to check out because they had more reservations. The boss found us a place and on the phone she told me 3000 bahts but the other woman who runs the place in person wanted to charge us a commission for herself and it went up to 3600 bahts, a very unpresentable person. Finally, she knew that we had a tour booked in 40 minutes and she didn't care about canceling us and leaving us without a room. I will never return nor will I ever recommend it.
