Our room was 701 and for some reason the aircon took so long to cool down the room, in comparison to my other family members room. Had also thin walls so if you’re a light sleeper you can hear people in the hallway talking and closing their hotel room doors. There was construction nearby so you can hear that too. Breakfast is pretty limited, doesn’t really change often and is pretty meh. Also for some reason a lot of the taxi drivers and or Grab/Bolt drivers have a really hard time trying to find the place.

Was pretty stylish in the lobby and breakfast area. The rooms are large so enough space, and it’s pretty clean. If you don’t mind walking to places it’s about a 15 minute walk to the mall and or other places.

Beautiful common areas, tastefully decorated rooms. Lovely pool area. Walking distance to the shoppingmall Terminal 21 and to the beach walk with restaurants and shops.

Below review hard , yet loving. An appeal to management , to show a bit of love in return , to planet and guests. “Be the change you want to see in this world” is a beautiful saying. The hotel management has the power to change the world. Today. Same like is within my power, and duty, to leave a critical review , with suggestions for improvement. I am doing my best , and maybe the hotel could do their best as well. This is a loving appeal to management to excercise their power of positive change in the world . Topic one , water topic: holy , sacred waters , of the Blue Planet. Water is not a luxury, an option, and a plastic garbage creating item, it is both an Essential Necessity for life, and a basic Human Right. 2 x 0.5 l plastic bottles per day to guest, of microplastic infused stale water? And the rest we buy from 7-11? More plastic, more effort, just to fulfil an essential basic human need for hydration. Hydration is not optional. It is basic biological need. Suggestion: how about getting a professional water purifier , and provide minimum 3 liters per room , in 2 big glass jugs, of pure water . Save on plastic, transportation, discomfort of every guest to go to 7-11, just to get microplastic infused dead water. Can do that Today. Give an example to other hotels about how the world can be changed. Put a printed paper next to the purified water provided, explaining how they protect the planet and welbeing/comfort of guests. If we keep on going with this rate of polution of the planet , in a few years we are going to buy fresh air for the room as well. It’s not even a joke. That is very likely to be real soon. But since hotel cannot control the air quality, it definetely can control water quality. Now. Do us all a favor and contribute to the wellbeing of the planet and guests. Second topic: the breakfast consists of literaly 7 dishes of pork , and a few dishes of chicken, and except some basic fruit options , all just cheap carbs and oily stuff.

Very clean Hotel like the pictures, with fitness room and excellent pool. Room with safe. 10 minutes walk from Terminal 21. Nice restaurants and pubs in the near. Beach is 5 minutes with car. One of the best hotel. Will return sure.
