We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The place is not so big, but staff are friendly and helpful. Very good WIFI. Closer to the pier and town centre. Cafe down stairs serves very good quality and range of foods. Plenty of eateries and day/night markets are in surrounding streets.

GermanyCurrently a bit noisy due to construction work next door. They have a sign that notifies guests that this might occur during daytime hours. One evening we heard noise after 8:30pm. When we checked with the front desk staff they went to talk to the workers and the noise died down.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they can organise excursions, taxis, transfers, laundry etc.. The room was clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed (safe, fridge, hairdryer. kettle, toileteries, and air conditioning). Great location for the night markets, bars and river.

United KingdomLocation and comfort. Room is small but clean with enough space for a few nights stay over. We returned twice more after our first stay back in February during our SE Asian travel and would stay again if ever in Krabi town in the future. Café was good with reasonable prices but still a little high for our modest travelling budget. However, there are plenty of cheaper options (including a day and night food market) within metres and they’re delicious! Further options all around town. Great base for exploring the local area and for stop offs between onward travel. Close to airport, bus stations etc.

It’s our 2nd time staying here while on our 5m trip. It’s clean and comfortable and we were lucky not to have any noisy neighbours so we had a great couple of nights sleep (bar the night we were woken by a huge thunderstorm - but of course this is not the hotel’s doing 😅) Great proximity to the local markets for yummy foods and treats. We had the advantage of just chilling around the area this time around as we’ve done all the sightseeing first time round. TIP don’t miss Tiger Cave Temple if you like a little step challenge upwards for an amazing temple and views

The Café is little but nice. They have a good variety of food and drinks. Its located near the night market where you can buy a lot of precious and food.

Czech Republic-had room just above the reception and cafe - from very early morning I could hear everything from there and it was impossible to continue sleeping...also the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the rooms around..I was so tired after leaving, sleeping is a challenge - room 203
