Run down and dirty. There are a lot of nice hostels in Bangkok, but this is not one of them. However, it all depends what kind of backpacker you are. Bunk bed was a bit fragile. Toilets were a nightmare.

Air conditioner turned off between 11:30-2 which is a long time when we are hitting the hottest time of year. The bathrooms had moving toilet paper (if they even had some available at all) so sometimes it was outside the bathroom other times it was next to the toilet. One toilet had a massive leak in the bidet and the other one is missing the seat and lid.

The facilities are very uncomfortable. It’s very hard to find a good spot to rest.. including the bed. Staff is nice but don’t speak English and makes no effort to making is really hard to communicate

The bed was not the best, the 'mattress' was not a mattress and it could be uncomfortable for some people.

The breakfast was good, egg on toast with cabbage and tea or coffee. The rooms were fine, only girls and they follow a strict policy about it. They are helpful as well when you ask them something and it was a really nice stay.

Could be more clean. Always out of toilet paper and the staff was never around so we could ask more. The room was so small that max. 3 people could open their backpacks at the same time and then no one else was able to move in the room.

Nice location, nice terrace, nice atmosphere. More a hippie place with half outdoor toilets/showers. Mosquito nets were good and the room was quite silent and cool enough to sleep well. Staff was very nice when they were there.

The bed in the private room was more of a cot - it creaked so much it’d wake me up multiple times at night. There wasn’t so much as a night stand let alone a table or chair. The room had a window but was blocked by some sheet structure outside. The bathrooms were downstairs and they definitely needed some good repair work. Yes, you get what you pay for but I couldn’t complete my stay here - I had to move.

Breakfasts started a bit late in the morning so I skipped some to start my day earlier.

Very good location, restaurants all around, convinience store close-by. If you like partying, busy night markets and street food, Khaosan Road is a 10 minutes walk from there. This said, the hostel is hidden in a small street with a lot of greenery that will be very quiet at night. You can easily grab a bus to visit around the city, and some of the major temples are at walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can have breakfast and coffee/tea in the morning. I had an enjoyable stay, it's great value for money.

The rooms were really hot, even nighttime with some type of cooling turned on. Daytime there is no place to sit with AC. The showers and toilets were not super clean but you get what you pay for so it was ok. You can skip the breakfast it’s not worth it

The bed we had was awful to sleep on, so hard like metal sheet and foam. I have back problems already so this was personally very bad for me.

Great Location, nice and quiet at night too. Love the staff, we got in silly early from our flight, so they gave me a bed to sleep until our room was available. Thank you so much!! cute bedding, and breakfast was included

The bathrooms were not clean and the beds were hard. Dorms were okay and had good AC. Also the beds upstairs had no electricity for charging your phone…. we stayed 2 nights that was okay but would not recommend.

It’s not the cleanest place I’ve seen. Some dark hair and stains on bedsheets. Bathroom needs a good deep cleaning too.

Really good location. It takes 10 minutes walk to the night market. Nearby you can find a lot of places to eat, drink, book a tour and 7eleven. It’s open 24/7 and WiFi works pretty well. Helpful manager.

The shared bathrooms were quite dirty, the bed had no mattress (double room not sure about bunk beds) just layers of thin blankets ideal for someone who enjoys sleeping on floors I guess. The breakfast was warm coffee and white bread with one egg and sad looking cabbage. Overall I wouldn't stay here again but the location was ideal and very cheap so can't really complain too much. The staff were all very nice
