Close proximity to Phrom Phong BTS Station and Em District chain of shopping such as Emporium EmSphere EmQuarters are well within walking distance of less than 10 minutes from SILQ. My first time staying in SILQ was back in June 2023 and 1 year later the facilities are still excellent, friendly faces from the security to concierge and front desk. The room still has the wow factor and the previous wifi compatibility issue with Apple phone have been resolved and now it’s seamless fast connectivity throughout my stay.

Australiathe breakfast is ok but based on my experience staying at other hotels in BKK, the price for the breakfast is rather high given what is being offered. Other hotels (HYATT REGENCY for instance) offer a much greater variety for less money. Also, i would have hoped there would be a shuttle service to nearby BTS. It's not that far to walk but on rainy or hot days it would be helpful nevertheless.
good location, very friendly and helpful staff from waiters to reception and house keeping. above average facilities (pool, gym, sauna). The room (executive studio) is spacious, well equipped and has a very comfortable bed.

ThailandWe would love uk see a shuttle to the BTS implemented. Being in Bkk for work purposes( particularly at this hot time of year) meant we took taxis everywhere to avoid being a sweaty mess at meetings. BTS should be promoted to assist with the environment and traffic. Most other hotels we star at in Bkk have free shuttle service. Although the gym opens at 6am, the sauna and sento doesn’t open until 9am. Again, being on a work trip we are already gone from the hotel by this time. Please consider opening earlier.
We have stayed multiple times now and find the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable.

IndiaSome staff members are uncomfortable communicating in English. On one occasion, we waited for several minutes in searing heat for the shuttle to pick us up from the designated mall. It didn't arrive even after the bell desk had confirmed sending one.
Located a shortish walk from Sukhumvit Road, the city’s artery, this is a very modern property with staff who go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. Their restaurant, Weaver, can rub shoulders with the very best in the city. Whether breakfast or a la carte dinner. My wife and I checked into our 1 BR suite. Our daughter was checking into a studio suite – and the front desk thoughtfully gave her the room just in front of ours. When we were in our rooms, we could keep them connected using the common passage and a combined exit. This became one big apartment and was rather convenient. Just one instance of the staff being very focused on the felt experience of its guests. Our suite was at the corner of a high floor affording a splendid sweeping view from the front of the hotel to Sukhumvit’s landmarks. The décor is understated and elegant. The best of toiletries in the bathroom, a bathtub that you must languorously sink into (get a bath salt globe from a local store), modern high quality bathroom fittings. Commode with electronic bidet – that will tickle both kids and adults. Their walk-in closet is more than enough for two people with motion sensor lights. Comes with a steam iron and ironing table. Bath robes. Carpet slippers. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove top, exhaust, big two-door fridge with three freezer shelves, crockery, cookware, tableware. The front-loading washing machine will take you all the way through spin drying. Ingeniously designed sliding doors can hide everything here from sight, should you choose to. If you plan on being somewhere near Sukhumvit road, this is the best place to stay. Close enough to the metro and major shopping malls – they have a shuttle every two hours – yet far from the noise. Go for it.

GENUINELY THE BEST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED IN. Okay I do SO much research when booking a hotel so let me save you the trouble and just go for this place. The pictures don’t even do it justice - it’s brand new, super modern, amazing facilities and also the loveliest staff. I was travelling alone and they made me feel so welcome, they gave me a room upgrade and nothing was too much trouble. They provided great gluten free food options and even got me a HDMI cable that I needed for work purposes! Loved every second of this stay.
