Very clean rooms, very polite personnel. The hotel was not too big, so it felt cozy. We loved the fact that it was not on the main road, so it was quiet both day and night. However, it was within walking distance to all the shops and nightlife, just a few minutes away. The beach was accessible via a small walkway, which took about 5 minutes. There was a great selection at breakfast, and parking was also available. Overall, we loved the homey feel!

bad sound isolation, specially since our rooms were next to the busy street, but we new about it before our arrival; there were also some mosquitos in the bathroom

Unfortunately Property is expanding with a construction of a new building. Overall, the pools are nice with a nice view to Big Buddha. Excellent relaxation especially for sunset

The music at the pool seemed a bit repetitive and it seemed to be played up until 10. It wasn't too late or too loud, but we were starting to go to bed at that time and would've preferred it to be a little more quiet.

The staff were very friendly and very attentive. We didn't want house keeping but we did want the complimentary water replaced. We went to reception to ask about this and they did it within 5 minutes even though we weren't in a hurry to get it. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Pool was very nice, the waterfall feature was very pretty to see. Excellent location. Quick walk to Kata beach and to restaurants and shops. Easy drive to sites like the Big Buddha. You can even see the Big Buddha from the pool!

The furniture is really old and it's time to upgrade guys (though everything is clean). The hot water pressure on floor 5 is too low, so if you are a fan of warm shower better consider lower floors.

Great location, just a few minutes walking to the beach as well as to bars, restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly and we got great room on the top floor with relatively nice view. Breakfasts were nice but nothing special same time. Almost every day there are some thematic nights (like thai barbeque, sushi night, etc.), so basically you can eat inside without the need to go out.

Don’t go for the super deluxe rooms as are bigger but older than the normal deluxe.

Staff were amazing and managed to change the room we were on as we rather be in a deluxe ( smaller but newer ) instead of the super deluxe ( bigger but older ). They did all they could to make us have an amazing stay!

I cannot fault this hotel. It was perfect value for money. There can be tiny little lizards around the walls of general corridor areas and the cicadas were extremely noisy in the trees but it was part of the experience of Thailand and I would stay again.

This hotel is wonderful. The 2 swimming pools were perfect too cool off in. Having the bar to order drinks and snacks was great. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. The batteries in my tv remote were dead and they came up straight away and followed up with a phone call. It was one of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in the world. Nothing was an issue. The room was basic, but the fridge, tv and bed were perfect, along with the balcony and gorgeous views of the Sea. I would stay here again. Also only 3 minute walk to beach.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The shower handle does not hold the shower head in place. You have to climb a few sets of stairs before reaching the elevator, so it might be best for parents to park their baby strollers in the lobby.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent. During check-in, we were served cold refreshments, ice cream, and cold towels. They upgraded our room to their executive suite with an ocean view, which was very kind of them. The room, toilet, towels and bed linens were very clean. The location was within walking distance of Kata Beach, restaurants, pharmacies, mini-marts, and shops. Definitely exceeded our expectations and was great value for money.

Friendly helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Great location. Not on the main street but really close to all the bars and restaurants.

Only thing that marked it down was that there was a limited amount of sunbeds so you had to reserve a spot on pool days. And our room wasn't cleaned everyday, but that wasn't a huge issue!

Beautiful hotel at an ideal spot in Kata - a short walk from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops, but not noisy. We arrived late and we were welcomed with drinks and fruit in the room. Staff were amazing, room was fantastic, pool was lovely and breakfast had plenty of options.
