Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThe equipment and the pool looked definitely more outdated than in the pictures.
The rooftop pool was the highlight of this accomodation. Very nice view was amazing, right next to the highest skyscraper. There was a fridge and small kitchen and one bottle of water per person every day. Comfortable beds. The district is really cool, just quite more expensive. The hotel is close to two metro stations. We did not use fitness due to lack of time but there is one on the rooftop so great view as well!

United KingdomThe shower didnt have warm water but as we only had a short stay it wasn't a big deal. I dont like paying a key deposit but even more of a dislike when you have to mind a bit of paper that also has to be return! Even if you have your keys but no paper you wont get 500baht returned!
Apartment was perfect for our group. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Location was great. The staff are very helpful. Loved the swimming pool :)

United KingdomThe apartment was not equipped for self-catering. There's no way I could have cooked a meal. No saucepans or anything useful - only two plates, two bowls and a few cutlery. So I ate on the street. The apartment seemed a bit dated and in need of a refurbish. Bathroom very small, given the spacious size of the rest of the apartment.
Location was brilliant. A short walk to The Gem Trade Tower and GIT - I'm a gemmologist so I was happy to be in the gemstone area. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Sabai Sathorn Executive Apartment is literally 5 mins away from Chongnonsi BTS station and also next to King Power Mahanakon building, an iconic and a must see building in Bangkok. Various amenities such as 7-11, Healthland Spa, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. Even the 9th floor massage in Sabai Sathorn is highly recommended.

Czech RepublicThe elevators are a bit of pain of the accomodation, one out of service for two days and the other, though intended for 10 persons, refused to take more than three. Cleaning service not very good, just every other day, not very thorough. Noise - our apartment faced the street and we could not sleep...
The accomodation has a very good location for exploring Bangkok and the family apartment we had was large, with 2 bedrooms and a small kitchenette, very practical for a family of 5. Swimming pool was small but came very handy after a long day. Staff was very friendly, both check in and check out went smoothly.

IrelandOn arrival, our room looked different to what we booked (studio apartment). We were brought to a room with three beds and no windows and given an option to upgrade to another room with kitchen facilities for an additional price of 900baht, which seemed a bit strange/planned at the time. The pool area would benefit from a renovation.
