A lovely little hostel on Koh Phi Phi. What stood out to me during my stay is how clean the hostel is, staff are always cleaning. Your bed is made for you everyday and there is complimentary toast, biscuits and tea everyday. I fractured my foot on the island and the staff at the hostel could not have done more to help me and make me feel comfortable during my stay. It’s also a small, cosy hostel where you’ll no doubt end up becoming friends with other guests.

At the end of the day, there aren't many hostels on the island, so you can't expect the same quality and size of hostels as on the mainland. However, this is by far the best hostel on the island price-wise. The location is excellent, near everything but not in the jungle (mosquito land) or too close to the beach parties that you can't sleep. The AC is great, the showers/bathrooms are fine but small, the beds a bit hard but seems to be standard around here. But by far the highlight was the exceptional service provided by the receptionists and cleaners. They are so incredibly kind and make every effort to improve your time on the island. They gave brilliant recommendations of activities, cleaned bunks daily (Even sorting out my pile of clothes!) and just were generally pleasant and helpful. So go here, there is no where better on the island, unless you want to spend at least twice the price.

The staff are absolutely amazing, the kindest, happiest and most welcoming people I’ve encountered! Nothing is to much of an ask, and they’re just all so lovely and really work hard to make sure you have a nice stay.

So many cute caring details! Free sunblock and bug spray, biscuits and coffee and tea. Fresh towel everyday! Staff were very kind and helpful. Sweeping the rooms regularly through out the day to get rid of sand and always doing a thorough clean of the room/bedroom each day too.

Location close to the city center, very friendly staff. Their hospitality is on a level you expect from a 5 star hotel, not from a hostel. Big kudos.

Not much of a common area, just a patio in front of the hostel

Great value for money in a central part of Phi Phi. Staff are so lovely and constantly clean up used towels, blankets etc. They also offer free coffee, fruit, biscuits and snorkeling gear for rent.

Only minor criticism is the beds are quite hard but also not the worst I’ve slept on

Great location, close to the beach but without hearing the noise of the beach at the same time, also easy walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Social hostel too if you’re looking to meet people. The owner is super friendly, she kindly let me change from a top bunk to a bottom bunk for my last 2 nights stay which I massively appreciated! Also get free coffee which is a good money saver and good to offer

The beds are pretty hard

It’s a really small hostel but it was fine! it’s nice that there are 2 bathrooms in the dorms. They keep it very clean! They clean everything multiple times a day. They gave me clean towels everyday and there was unlimited water. Owner was also really kind

Mattress was a bit firm but otherwise a good stay

The curtains around the beds are nets so they let the light in if someone turns the lights on, is all I could think of!!!

It was spotlessly clean and the air conditioner was on all day so if you needed to take a nap during the day you could. the ladies were wonderful. Free tea coffee water bananas and biscuits. There was shower gel shampoo and conditioner as well as a hairdryer iron cotton buds. If you wanted an extra blanket or pillow you just had to ask. The ladies made your bed every morning and towels were changed every other day as well as covers on the beds changed. Each bed had its own light plug and small lock box. There were also net curtains around the beds.

They had lockers, but we were supposed to bring our own locks? I didn't know this, and it's not a big deal coz they ended up giving me a lock&key for free, but it was a bit of a surprise

Nothing, everything was good.

The staff is the sweetest group of people you will find and the place is really clean and chill. Have in my mind that it's just a room and a toilet and a small porch in front, so it may look expensive for what it is, but most hostels in Phi Phi are overpriced and this was the best out of 3 I stayed in.
