The bathroom could have been bigger and more spacious, especially the wash basin. But it's not a big hassle. We stayed on the 1st floor. There was no lift. But the staff helped with the luggage.

It's a small boutique hotel. 1 km away from Bangla Street but easily walkable. The walk itself is beautiful as the area is much more posh. There are spas near by and a very good one called Thai massage right next door. They have a nice pool and restaurant upfront within the property. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom could be more spacious... especially the basin. That was the rustic bit perhaps. They have a beautiful tray laid out with Coffee & Teas and the thing that got me most excited was a Pour-over kit. I made myself a nice cup of coffee in a beautiful mug. The decor of the room is very minimalistic but aesthetic. The bed was comfortable too. The staff was helpful in getting us a vehicle to go to the airport. We stayed just for a night but would stay longer the next time.

The location is far from Bangla road and other places where a first time visitor would like to stay. This is a super quiet area and car park could be an issue if 2 or more guests are parking their cars in there.

The staff was extremelly welcoming and the facilities were good. Breakfast was amazing! The room is massive! I travelled with 9 friends and we managed to accomodate everyone inside the room one night for a movie!

Small but so quiet we enjoyed 3 days. Receptionist was very helpful. We had one problem but they changed our room immediately. Breakfast was good. Pool access room is highly recommended. No mosquitoes no weird smell. Check in check out process was so smooth. I loved every single detail

I think more just how the hotel was designed, no plugs near the beds only one, the lights were confusing some were located in weird parts of the hotel that controlled random rooms, and the design of the shower the water went sort of everywhere.

I really enjoyed how this property had a pool, was very close to everything, the cafe was lovely too could have dinner there most nights, staff were lovely as well

The hotel was simple but very clean and the rooms a very reasonable size. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, the pool was also excellent. It is close enough to the action but still quiet enough at night.

Staff didn't care about most of the things. There wasn't any intercom/phone in the room and you have to walk down to the reception for everything! Pool is nice, but becomes awkward when people staying in the pool facing rooms come out and sit there. It's mostly a lot of staring and extremely awkward!

+ location is 10/10 walking distance to everywhere but you don’t hear any noise as well + clean, modern, stylish + easy checkin (keep in mind the deposit) + comfortable & spacious room

For breakfast you are limited to chose a limited amount of ingredients (bread, pancakes, potatoes). We had a second coffee and had to pay for it. Breakfast is delicious tho.

Upon your arrival they serve you some refreshing tea, rooms are spacious and designed in a milimalistic way, 10 min walk from the beach and the busy area of patong. Would recommend.

The property had great aesthetic and welcome drink upon the entrance, they once prepared our breakfast ordering from the night before because we were leaving early for a trip. Pool was great and breakfast tasty. Bed was super comfortable and room was very big! Even though it was centrally located, noise was cancelled. Staff was friendly. There was spa and 7/11 very close

I would not recommend the breakfast. You must ask if you want refills of things or if you want the room cleaned.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay! Great quiet location! The rooms were so spacious and clean, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredible—always so helpful and ready to assist with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which had great food options and was conveniently located right by the pool. The rooms looked very standard and normal. It looked super aesthetic in the photos tho. And the pool water burning our ears and eyes. There were so many insects in the pool.
