The restaurant wasn't available for breakfast, the bed wasn't very comfortable (very hard with only. 1 hard pillow), The exterior was looking a bit run down. The inside of the top cupboard was dusty. A lot of single use plastic is used and there is no option to reuse towels.

The room was big, perfect size for a family. Beautiful photos in the hotel and room of Phuket Old Town. Staff are friendly even though they can't speak English. We needed to use Google translate.

The location is a bit out of the way i.e. there are no restaurants around or anything to do unless you take a 20+ min cab ride.

The absence of a breakfast option included in the stay. Having a morning meal available would have been the cherry on top of an already pleasant experience.

My stay at Ratana Hotel Rassada was driven by the need for convenience, as I had an early morning bus ride from Phuket to Ko Samui departing from the nearby Phuket Bus Station. Opting to stay close to avoid the morning traffic rush, I found this hotel to be an ideal choice for an overnight stay. The hotel’s proximity to the bus station was a major plus, significantly easing my travel logistics. The rooms at Ratana Hotel Rassada were not only spacious but also clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night before my journey. The entire booking process, as well as check-in and check-out, were seamless and hassle-free.

There was a restaurant area but seemed that food was only available from the attached Cafe and it didn't have a lot of options and limited times open.

Our rooms was comfortable and well layed out, giving us the amenities we needed. We found it easy to access the local buses to get to and from other places around Phuket. We weren't looking for night-life or wanting it to be close to the touristy spots so this served us well. If you're wanting those things, this location may not be for you, particularly when factoring the transport aspect

The location is away from all markets. The nearest is 7/11 and you have to walk about 7 minutes to to get to it.

Although the room rate was without breakfast, we used to take our breakfast in the hotel and pay for it. It was reasonable and the price was also reasonable.

Nothing major really. The bed frame was bigger than the mattres. I supposed they want it to be like that, like it is meant for leg rest or something on the each side of the bed. However, because of that, my husband injured his leg both side as he accidently keep kicking it. Need to be very carefull when u want to go to toilet at night or when u are drunk. That thing is a harzard. U cant sit on the bed, u need to step on the leg rest, then access the bed. If the hotel read this, i hope you guys change it to normal bedframe cause that one has no use for it purpose. And i will deffinitly come back. You are the best!! ❣

The room was really spacious for 2 people. The balcony view of sunset was good eventho we dont really stay inside the room. Mostly doing outside activities. Theres parking on the building. No need to park outside. Swimming pool was good enough to hang for a while
