The room wasn’t clean specially the fridge has a cup of juice from the previous people who stayed and the towel wasn’t been made

Check in was chaos, the receptionist kept on insisting we sign the receipt, when we paid via debit card and the receipt literally said “card verified, no signature not needed”. Parking on site was chaos, the garden villas were on the other side of the street, we were placed next to pond and frogs were noisy the entire night. Breakfast was catastrophic. Food looked dire and coffee gave no life. There was just no saving grace in terms of anything you think was add-on to your stay.

Nothing much, it was good but not great.

There were two issues- The hotel needs more staff or should facilitate faster check-in. We have to wait about 30 minutes to check-in. When my son (10 years old) went to the reception to buy sandwiches, the staff favored the grown-ups more. First, the staff talked to my son, then the staff let my son waited as they favor to facilitate to check-in other grown-up people. I am disappointed with this - they should serve first come first serve.

Buffet Breakfast by the beach is excellent. Pool is fine.

No parking space. The club played the musics so loud. Few staffs to operate. Each hotel buildings stay alone and no walk way connecting, can’t imagine how to walk from lobby to the beach if it rains.

Visited during a busy time where a lot of tourists. We had a hard time getting a table during breakfast, staff were so busy they couldn't help. Food were supposed to be enough but many people and certain foreign tourists took so much food and rush to get them without thinking of other people, I felt like not eating anymore. Plus other people kept coming and waiting to get a table, this made the breakfast experience somewhat unpleasant.

Very good location with nice beachfront areas, beautiful gardens, nice pools, close to many local restaurants, need a little update (which they are doing, it seems)

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location right on the beach. Lots of lovely restaurants and massage shops nearby. Easy to catch a grab to Pattaya city. Rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent view of the ocean from our room.

Facilities getting tired - cracked or missing tiles, broken lights etc. Water heater for the shower didn't work. Breakfast - not enough tables for the guests and no queuing system to help guests find a free table during busy periods.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely looking leisure facitilties.

Reception staff not friendly. I been here many times over the last 15 years and have seen the place and the neighbourhood slowly going down hill . Breakfast at the resort is great

Other than the Alexa beach club nothing was open. No beach bar, pool bar. The pool table was unusable as it was ripped. The beach area looked like it needed tidying up and the sunbed cushions replaced. Tv in the deluxe sea view room didn’t work and didn’t get repaired. Room was classed as a sea view but couldn’t really see the sea as palm trees in the way. Nothing to do in the evening.

The location was lovely. The room was nice. The hotel grounds were pretty in certain areas.

When arrived at 2am the hotel had messed up our booking and didn't have us arriving for another 2 days. However after logging into booking.com we were able to get it sorted as the dates were correct on booking.com. Fortunately the room was ready so we were able to get in. The Air conditioning was very good but only set to 1 temperature - very cold. Great for coming in after heat but not so good when spending time in room. Got extra bedding so wasn't too bad a night. Bed was very hard. Shower was not very strong and didn't provide hot water, just luke warm.

Location was great for windsurfing at Club Loongchatt. Breakfast was great and reception was able to supply me with travel adaptors and extra bedding when requested. Mini bar was reasonably priced and water bottles were replaced daily. Room was very spacious and a drying line provided on balcony for wet swimwear. 3 pools to choose from so most rooms have either view of or are very close to one.

Location is far away from the town centre. If u want to travel to town centre, need to have a car otherwise have to call a cab or a Grab car. Cab is expensive and they may charge u double cos they expect to return with no passengers from the nearby hotels.

Varieties of foods for breakfast. Hotel near beach and there are 3 swimming pools in the hotels. Value for money.

Very dated and miles from anywhere and hotel shuttle wasn’t available. I was informed that I was the only uk citizen on complex, which consisted of mainly very loud Russian’s. Thank goodness for noise cancellation earphones in public places.
