They didn’t clean our room after two days, no restaurant in the hotel

We really like the hotel itself but the area was very busy and difficult to get anywhere except the shopping mall which was nearby

Didn't seem to have a bar such but only a minor criticism..

Room was terrific and loved having a bath on the balcony. Clean and comfortable with a fridge and a kettle. Staff all helpful and friendly. Location pretty good although a little bit out of the hub of old Phuket. Really handy for huge shopping centre though as its literally just along the road. Good food locally too..

Noise coming from pool pump in the morning thus not easy to sleep if you had a night out Cleanliness not too great

The room would need a color update. The toilet made a very strange sound at night, which prevented us from sleeping. When we closed all the doors, we could sleep. Rooms a bit small for a family. Thin curtains can also be used to let in light during the day. Without curtains there was no privacy. The pool had slightly dangerous corners, our child scraped himself there. Fitness room - really needs some cleanup, so dirty.

Plenty of room in the parking lot. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool, that was great. There is a laundry room in the hotel.

I didnt like it as it doesn't have tinted rooms on the pool access floor. When i open my curtains every single thing and person can be seen my room. Another thing is, if the room/suite we stayed in were to have a private toilet for the master bedroom. Instead of a sharing one.. Lastly, it would be great to have another extra room card than having only one..That would be more convenient.. Other than that, i have no more problems

I like the view of the hotel as its a pool access view. the staffs were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back

Not aging well, looks tired and not well maintained in areas and is pretty new I believe. Only one key given per room even if for 2 people. Noise from main road could be quite noticeable in rooms facing the pool.

Great location. Staff very helpful to change check in/arrival date. Pool looked fantastic but didn’t have time to use.

A restaurant or eatery of some kind would be useful. The distance to the center of Phuket Town is about 2-3km.

Excellent value for money. The room was absolutely clean, modern, comfortable and spacy, with nice view at the swimming pool and the town. All common areas were clean and great designed, and best among them is the big super-pretty swimming pool. A well equipped gym an a sauna are available for free. The pool has big soft comfortable deckchairs with wheels, easy to move around. The staff is super polite and helpful. The hotel is 350m from the biggest and fanciest shopping mall, the "Central Phuket" which is an amazing place to eat and shop. It's also about 800m from the great Weekend Bazaar. Public buses to Karon and Kata beaches stop right in front of the hotel, and the ones of pink line and Patong stop at 400m - very convenient for budget travelling. Overall this hotel is an excellent accommodation choice!

We had a car, so nothing was bad about it, mas I didn't notice restaurants around, except for the mall. Other then that, everything is great.

Great location near Central Mall, near Old Town. Very comfortable and spacy room. Beautiful swimming pool, nice sauna and fitness room. Laundry machine and vending machine for snacks and drinks were available. Good parking area.

not much to not like! it’s not really close to anything else apart from Phuket central and doesn’t really have many restaurants close by

the room was big and comfortable and the pool and gym were clean. the staff were really helpful. we stayed here as it was close to the boat office to travel to koh Tao and was also close to Phuket central

the electricity went out for over an hour and we were given any information.

the twin room was very so spacious and well laied out. we loved that i5 had a 7/11 vending machine which was good for quick dinners. and the fish pond was beautiful.

The room wasn't super clean and could be considered dirty but it was not unbearable at all.

The room was rather big and the pool area was really nice. There is also a 7-eleven vending machine for late night snacks.

the stuffs was nice and great the only thing I got really disappointed was I took the penthouse and it is not penthouse 2 story. 😂😂😂 the penthouse makes me think that this room i booked was a 2 story room. but it wasn’t. room is small but it’s ok for just 4 pax inside. we took the pool access but didn’t have the chance to swim. overall everything was ok.
