Bathroom need to fix sink, also water pressure in shower wasnt very good, there are maybe few hotels in same price category that can compete with slightly better equipment or bigger space

I dont know why but I liked it, it was only realy basic stuff, small, but it depends on your priorities, I didnt came there to be in luxurious room, I only slept there, and chill for small part of days, I came to Koh Samui to train and see the Island, and after long days I enjoied to return to this room, close to beach, supermarket, Restaurant with good food with good quantity and price ratio, scooter rented also from there.

Nothing really. It's far enough from the busy area but with a scooter you get there in 5 min drive

Clean room, balcony and comfortable bed. That's all I really needed. There is also an ok view which is nice. Free breakfast is a nice plus. The restaurant where you get the breakfast is super nice and it looks like a perfect place to hang around and meet more backpackers but I wasn't lucky those days. Super quiet.

I would have given a higher score but in room 412 the light in the bathroom doesn’t work. The bed is huge and quite comfortable but sinks at one side. Wifi works only on the balcony; in the room the signal is very weak.

Location (away from noise). Balcony, aircon, fridge, hot water and free breakfast. Nice staff who keeps the place very clean.

It’s not as close to the beach as it looks. Yoi have to walk 10 minutes up the road to get beach path. Cold shower.

The owners were lovely. The restaurant attached did great food and one free breakfast each morning was included with the room. Nice balcony. Quiet location 10 min walk from beach. Good fan. Bed was pretty comfy.

Good location to access the beach, however to get around to 'attractions' you'd need to hire a bike. Quite a few stairs Could have done with another pillow each Can't complain at all really, very impressed, especially for cheap price

Doesn't state it on booking.com but room comes with 1 breakfast!!! Which was tasty and promptly received everyday. Staff were lovely, friendly, especially the lady who offered to clean our room. Given 4 waters for free upon arrival. Room has 2 sinks, a balcony, a fridge and hot water for the shower. Also the beds are huge!!! The tourist information booking centre below the hostel has a really kind and chatty lady who helped us book tours so easily for cheap price Lots of nice cats and dogs around the hotel who are friendly and happy to be fed and stroked.

Furniture and paint on the walls are quite old, don't expect great esthetic and style here, but it's very good value for money. Good for short stays

The bathroom was a bit problematic, since the shower head holder was broken, and the water faucet wasn't fixed in place, and the sink dripped constantly, making it difficult to leave the bathroom with dry feet. The room also wasn't very sound dampening, we could hear the street and restaurant and neighboring rooms quite clearly. The windows in the bathroom also weren't actual windows, meaning mosquitos happily feasted on me during the night. Finally, the bed was probably bought from the discount trampoline section at the local recycling center, so probably not to everyone's liking.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They organized a taxi to the airport for us, and the owner even made us breakfast 15 minutes before the usual time so that we could eat before going to the airport. The beach was very close, and was also a relatively quiet and clean section of the beach, with not a lot of other tourists or jet skis and the like. The aircon was super effective and quite, and the room was clean when we came.

Wi-Fi in the room was poor, the beds were very uncomfortable, towels were looking worn. There were some small animals.

The staff was great. We got one set of free breakfast every day. They got us the taxi for our way home, gave us facilities that we needed. The food was great and not to expensive (they have a restaurant).

The rooms look directly into the restaurant so no privacy, and no toiletries were provided. Still, exceptional value for the price.

For the price, it was exactly as expected. Not in the most central location, but several restaurants around. It didn't get too hot at night, even without aircon, and the staff were happy to provide an extra pillow when asked. Breakfast was included, not bad, and great value.

Very nice place to stay in Chaweng. My room with fan was exactly same as pictures - basic, but comfortable, clean, with nice balcony and very affordable. I think it’s perfect place for solo backpackers. Breakfast included in price was amazing. The restaurant related to the guesthouse is just awesome - one of the best food in Samui, menu is huge and food is always ready in few minutes. Delicious. Staff was always nice, very helpful. City center is bit far, better to rent scooter. But around the guesthouse there are shops and restaurants and the beach is close as well.

Great, attentive service, and nice location. Great simple breakfast, can choose egg with meat and fruit, or I chose yogurt muesli and fruit with tea or coffee. Served whenever you prefer.

Was absolutely humiliated by a member of staff. What started off to be a nice stay in a perfect location unfortunately didn’t end as nice. Checkout time was 11AM and I had a transfer booked at 2PM so decided to stay in their restaurant until then. Around 1-2 hours after checkout I was confronted by one of the workers. I was accused of bringing a girl back to the hotel and staining one of their towels (bare in mind the restaurant had many people all of whom were looking at me). This accusation was completely false and seemed to be plucked out of mid-air. I did not bring any girls back to the hotel whilst staying there and as far as I’m aware did not stain any of their towels. The towel which was shown to be stained was left on the floor which could have possibly caused a stain but I’m sure I would’ve seen this. The member of staff was very rude in this situation and completely humiliated me in front of other customers and guests. It’s a shame because the guesthouse was nice, the location was nice and the restaurant was nice. All to be ruined by rudeness and false accusations.
