The only one thing that was a little surprising was that the rooms were not cleaned very well . Sheets wasn’t changed enough . The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all in my 6 day stay and was also still a little dirty from the last person that stayed there . I think rooms need to be checked before new arrivals

The hotel has got a great outside space which isn’t really big but it is well kept . Very nice pool and plenty of sun loungers and seating areas . Also a good location very close to the beach and other amenities but also very peaceful once passed through reception . Nice size room with spacious balcony

I would see different choise for breakfast. If You stay several days it becomes boring. But Nice place with lovely staff.

Not a good range of European food, basically eggs Scrabble, fried, or omelette plus cold Thai food. The tv channels were unwatchable. A lot of times a terrible smell from the bathroom. The bathroom needs to be renovated. Not enough loungers at the pool area. Gym dated.

Staff and location fantastic. Massive room. The beds were very comfortable. Good aircon. The room was serviced daily. Nice swimming pool. Good security. Originally we were meant to stay for just 4 days but ended up staying 4 weeks. So basically the small problems do not outweigh the good points. We will definitely be staying there again next year.

I had 30 moskitoes in my room, i had to kill as i arrived.

The rooms had been refurbished but the shower area had poor tiled area finish , the bath area needs a shower curtain, because the small shower is too small to move around in

A little more attention to cleanliness would be great (corners in the room, under the bed). The bathtub had not been used since a long time, rust came out as we opened the tap (shower was good). Some of the equipment in the room seemed outdated, but it seems a renovation is going on.

Very centrally located in centre of Jomtien, yet very quiet, and only minutes away from the beach. Spacious room with balcony. Water, coffee and tea were available in the room.

Not all areas fully open when we stayed but this was reflected in price.

A quiet oasis but very close to everything. The hotel is in soft opening stage and once fully operational will be very lovely. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble.

Think as brand new only soft opening staff on reception very helpful but possibly need a little more training on safe operation also very quiet as few guests

Cleanliness and orderliness is not satisfactory. Room smells bad. Fitness room smells bad. WiFi or internet connection was so poor. Environment is noisy. Food is awful.

Everything. The Rooms are great. Pool area great. Food is really good. All staff are so nice and friendly. Always smiling, saying hallo caring for you.
