Suggestion for room/ bathroom bin emptying every few days

Great price, peaceful but in a central and amazing location. Lovely staff who provided free cookies, bananas and water. Comfortable room and bed. Felt like a home.

Everything was amazing. My second time in chiang Mai, the best place if you are in Chian Mai. Family is very polite and friendly. , the owner saved us because we didn't miss the flight because he picked up to us to the Airport. I never see something before. Clean room, free water, fabolous location.

I loved everything about my stay at Pissamorn House. I came in the off season but was created with such nice hospitality and ease, I felt extremely comfortable. The place is nicely located in walking distance to everything in the old town. Would highly recommend.

Everything was better than expected! My room was clear and made me feel very comfortable. I had my own bathroom, air-conditioning and fun and the bed was very comfortable as well! Great location is great! In the heart of the old town. Thanks for the hospitality

Nothing I can think of, good value for money in general

The house is ideally situated in the center ! The room is spacious and the bathroom has the all the necessities. AC works good and is not too loud! Also placement is perfect as the street is very calm. We highly recommend this place if you're coming with your friends or family and you're looking for a cozy and centered place to stay!

The only negative is that there is no onsite car parking - you park in the temple next door, but the gates are closed 8pm - 6am. I guess your car is secure at least!

The delightful hostess made our stay an absolute pleasure. She was thoughtful, helpful and treated us like family. The hotel is a wonderful homely boutique stay with tasteful decor and all the facilities you might need. The room was quite and the bed comfy. Even the balcony felt "like home" with potplants giving it a home feel. Located walking distance to all the old town attractions - longest walk to the TongBar for an evening live music night took 20 minutes

We arrived in Chiang Mai a day early, so only needed a comfy place for the night. This was honestly the comfiest bed we had in Thailand, the staff are also so helpful and welcoming

Comfortable and friendly! Owner had excellent English fluency and was very helpful. Lobby had free fruit and drinks (coffee & tea) to start your day. Also a record player with classic LP's to sit and enjoy! Very cozy place to meet other guests. Very attentive to any concerns or questions about where to go and what to do. Highly recommend!

We left Chiang Mai with the feeling that we have a second mother! Pissamorn was so lovely to us, I was fascinated about her knowledge about Chiang Mai and its history, she gave us loads of good tips for our staying. In a nutshell, a good choice if you want to be in contact with a local in a good location (not too touristy).

Nothing at all everything was great

Fantastic host, Pissamorn really went to all efforts to make us feel at home and welcomed. Bed was exceptionally comfy and much better than other harder beds in Thailand. Room was great very clean and well looked after with a nice bathroom

What a spacious house! The landlady is very kind and enthusiastic, and the house is very clean. Most importantly, on the first night, a boy who gave me the keys and introduced the room was very handsome! Give this 10 for you!

If you have walking difficulties there are steep stairs up to rooms.

Pissamorn house is in a very quiet street in the Centre of the old town. So quiet, that even the weekly street market can not be heard from the room which is of a good size. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and we had a brilliant sleep, there is a good fridge and air conditioning, and shower is great. Tea, coffee and bananas are in constant supply. Where do I start about Pissamorn, she is definitely the star of the show, she makes the stay comfortable and like a home from home, organises trips to everywhere and anywhere in comfort, I believe she could organise a return trip to the moon if required!!

The room was a little dark.

The location was great. The owner Pissamorn was such a pleasant person to interact with. The room was spacious. She helped arrange the trip to see elephants for us too.

We didn’t like the fact they the bathroom was open to the room. There is a sliding door but doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling so it was very uncomfortable

The location was perfect, close to everything and with plenty of things around for food and drinks. We could walk anywhere inside old town from the house and even come back for a nap midday

The shower was not very strong.

It was near all sorts of features of Chiang Mai, was very reasonably priced, very roomy and had a very comfortable bed and good air conditioning.
