The only improvements I would suggest are extending breakfast hours to at least 11:30 AM & addressing the noise from cleaning trolleys in the early morning, especially the sound of glass water bottles clinking as they move.

The location is convenient, just a 5-minute drive from Patong Street and it’s pleasantly quiet. I appreciated the variety of restaurants on-site, the pool services that include complimentary water and fruit and the range of kids’ activities.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Phuket for 2 nights on an all-inclusive package, and it was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was simply amazing. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious options at every meal. The pools were pristine and perfect for relaxing, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was incredibly welcoming. It’s especially great for families—the atmosphere is just right for everyone to enjoy, from kids to adults. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Amy, in particular, was an absolute gem—so helpful, friendly, and always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. I also want to give a special shout-out to the team leader at the reception (though I can’t recall her name), who was equally amazing and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. If you want to truly soak in everything this amazing place has to offer, I highly recommend staying at least 7 days. Two nights just wasn’t enough! The only sad part was leaving this beautiful place. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in Phuket!

Maybe more veg stuff and bit better in fruit cutting

We stayed in this hotel from 6-11 September. From start to finish the experience was lovely we came to celebrate my mums birthday she turned 60. We were checked in by fruity and was lovely even though our flight came early from Abu Dhabi via London we got our room before check in which was lovely. They decorated the room with cake and picture which was nice of them you just have to tell them in advance and they will do it. The breakfast was lovely and they also had small section of Indian food which was lovely they also have a healthy area. Which is nice and the fruits were lovely and fresh. If you are vegetarian like I was you just need to let them know so they will make you the noddles soup separately not with the mixed stuff. As we arrived on the 6th we just had evening food there it was buffet every day is different and it was lovely they also have bit of dancing and entertainment which is nice . We also had the Tom yum soup was lovely and spicy you must try. There is also always activities for the kids and the pool is nice and clean. They also sang happy birthday to my mum on her birthday and on our last day they got us a signature sticky mango rice dessert desserts was yummy. Special thanks to Ammy, Gift tanny and jj who was always smiling and was always so kind and generous and helpful . We got taxi from the airport much cheaper than hotel taxi before you travel to Thailand etc download bolt or grab it’s much cheaper and easier for you to travel we used bolt more but both are cheaper. The only issue is we were in the resort hence not every thing is close by so you have to get a taxi to go anywhere but the hotel everything is perfect if you just want few days away from everything it is is good and you alway have the taxi to take you.

There was nothing we could fault from our experience. Though one thing I will say is we were a little disappointed with the beach. luckily the other facilities were excellent so if didn't impact our stay at all.

The pool facilitites were amazing. We have three tween/teenage children and there was plenty to keep them entertained all day. the basketball hoop in the pool was a great asset, as was the lazy river. The swim up bar was excellent and enjoyed by us all. The variety of activities held during the day was a bonus, we enjoyed the football golf, volleyball, heina tattoos, and much more. The food options were a plenty. Best buffet breakfast ever! There was something for everyone., the complementary iceblocks and watermelon around the pool during the day was a nice touch and the dining options at night meant we could try something different each day we were there. The gym was excellent. It had all new equipment, and an extensive array of machines and equipment to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our son had a burst ear drum during our stay and they had a doctor to us in half an hour, who managed to get us the next available appointment at the ENT department at the hospital. We could not fault the resort on facilities or staff - amazing! Another thing to note was the locals at either end of the beach offering massages and laundy services, both were cheap and excellent! We could not fault this resort and would defintiely recomment it - going there with an all inclusive package is highly recommended.

Unfortunately a lot of rubbish washed up on the beech everyday. There was a person cleaning the litter but the tide brought in a lot of rubbish content. Potentially could gamify this with the people staying getting a free dinner or drinks if they pick up a bag of litter.

Thai restaurant was amazing. The staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful, their wasn't anything they wouldnt help with. That was from the front desk through to the staff cleaning the pool or our rooms - really well trained and a very nice set of people.

This is hands-down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. All-inclusive is worth the extra cost. Service is amazing. Food at all the restaurants is exceptional. The ladies at the kids club are incredible, my son couldn't wait to go see what they have on their schedule every day. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Natural outdoors butterfly sanctuary is so special. We will be back!
