Due to the time of year we stayed there was difficulty around boat transport and booking tours. The hotel is very isolated especially during bad weather.

Rooms are so beautiful and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pools are fantastic too right on the beach front. Multiple restaurants on site with yummy food.

its a bit far from the main beach Tonsai beach. All activities/boat transfers are better available there. Hotel charges for the same transfers are considerably higher and it is not like even after charging the extra amount they would assume any responsibility.

The on site restaurant had high prices (and not great reviews) so we had all of our lunch and dinner meals in the local village behind the resort, which had amazing choices and great vegetarian options! The private boat and land transfer was a very high quality but very expensive (compared to the ferry) so you do get what you pay for

Stayed here as part of honeymoon trip and we found the staff to be very friendly and lgbt+ inclusive. We had a beautiful spacious room with excellent bathroom and a nice upgrade, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the facilities were great with two swimming pools, cafe on site, well maintained areas and greenery, and private beach with sun loungers

Too isolated with nothing much to do apart from pool and sea

The perfect place if you want a really quiet lazy relaxing holiday. This is a stand alone resort with nothing else around if you don’t take a 30 mins boat ride. The resort is excellent if that’s what you want

The location is beautiful. It's a perfect spot to get the best island experience with white sand beach and perfect scenery. We liked the rooms that had a touch of jungly like set up. Good value for money. Staff was really nice and the main restaurant team was perfect, needn't wait a second for any ask we had. The mango cheese cake was terrific. They also have a buggy service (a bit too busy) that can take you to the small village where you can walk a bit, have a foot massage, or find cheaper restaurant and day tour to Maya bay --. We took a tour with Mr Tui and it was perfect and good price.

We travelled here for our honeymoon and we cannot recommend this place enough. Our only regret, is that we didn’t book to stay for longer. We look forward to our return to this beautiful place with our children next year!

The early 6:30 Muslim song played throughout the village behind woke me up which was a bit disruptive. Was very loud. Cannot be helped I guess

1. That you cannot pay by Apple Pay at the pool, 2. No toilet rolls for 2 days!!! Honestly, so many boats come to the hotel daily that could bring more toilet paper. 3. No deals for customers wanted to extend their stay (even to match the price that booking.com offers). 4. Big price difference for the trips between the hotel and local village just at the back of the hotel.
