Laundry has mouldy roof, shower screens had mould, toilet seat needs an upgrade.

Dryer needs a new lint filter put in it or replace the dryer. Made a lot of noise when in use!

It was in a great location, we had a two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, a fabulous view overlooking the river, close to everything, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our holiday memorable! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Little items such as salt, pepper, oil, foil and gladwrap were not available as basics in the apartment, and only one tea towel provided, and no oven mitts. Minor items that were easily overcome.

We loved the river view and spaciousness of the apartment. The bed was comfortable, as was the couch. The Wifi and phone reception was perfect whilst working during our stay. Huge TV was a bonus. Great close walking distance to all we required.

The shower head Wasn’t working properly the first night and they fixed it as soon as I told them l.

The staff were so friendly, especially the reception ladies were so welcoming and so warm. We felt so comfortable and such a friendly environment. The views were amazing .

Noise: loud traffic noise and some noise coming from the adjacent park between Moorings and the Surfers Pavilion. Fortunately noise generally subsided around midnight and it is no different to other places we stayed in Gold Coast.

Good central location, easy access to beach, shops. Also the central location provided handy access to events and activities nearby. We had made good use of the heated spa and sauna. We also had excellent views of the canal from our 10th floor balcony.

Shower head was the old type and could maybe be replaced with newer one. Did get some noise on Friday and Saturday nights.

The view was amazing!!. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Room was clean. Plenty of space to move around. Parking was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and would of been a great help IF we had any problems which we didn't. Check in and check out was quick and efficient.

After hours check in was not the best experience, getting conflicting advice about parking and only one room key and fob which was needed to move around the building (second key provided when reception opened the next day) Underground parking is tight, bring your A-game for parking if there is a car next to you. The good news is you can leave your car there and walk to many places. It had free wifi, but it wasn't quick and sometimes not usable.

We stayed with our family for a week (2 adults, 2 teens), the superior room was comfortable, the views were spectacular and the location was great. Quiet but close to Cavil Avenue, shops, activities (cruise and jet ski from the moorings of the apartments), bars and restaurants. Lots of birds and wildlife around, especially on the balconies in the mornings. Strong security throughout, heated outdoor pool and hot spa used daily. Reception and maintenance staff were responsive and helpful to resolve a few issues while we were there, they really went the extra mile to make sure we had a nice stay.

We did feel that the toilet and shower was not up to standard as far as cleaning goes. So we went and bought some cleaning products and gave it a once over. We washed the blankets and put a cover over the sofa just to appease my OCD but all in all it was great

Cleaners came through during our stay. We were told linen and towels would be changed, vacuum and mop would be done and to have all surfaces cleared so they could be wiped. We spent time sorting the room and packing away everything that would be in the way. Linen and towels were changed but nothing else. Wasted a bit of our time but not a big issue.

Everything was great. Facilities were great. Location is perfect. We have stayed before and would happily stay again.

A bit dated. Hob in kitchen was very slow to heat up and one of the knobs was broken so couldn’t use the ring. Would have liked to eaten in a bit more but it just took to long. When the apartment was cleaned they kept leaving the door unlocked 2out of 3 cleans this happend.

Wet areas dirty. Corners where floor met wall filthy. Hole between bath and shower recess which butted up against the bath. When cleaned solid mould and bugs fellout. Frame of shower filthy with mould build up. Once again,when I cleaned it bugs ran out.

1. Air-con in living area stopped working and was not fixed before we left 2. TV had no chromecast and foxtel didn’t really have much on 3. no prior notification of limited supply of all essentials (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder), I would have brought some with me if notified beforehand 4. after hours check-in was not good (the operator that answered the call was totally unfriendly, not helpful, sounded like he didn’t want to be there, but property managers were good though) 5. car park was extremely small for the family car we hired that the car could only fit it with both side mirrors closed 6. bathrooms need a good clean (grout very dirty) 7. Not all lights worked

Proximity to everything, the spa/pool/sauna was good, security was good, cooking facilities were sufficient, linen was clean, beds & pillows comfortable.
